Once you score sufficient damage, she stops the fight and talks.
She asks you to retrieve a gemstone from the tunnel at the back of her lair.
In this tunnel is a skeleton holding a key.
This skeleton is what is left of Rose's bf.
I think you need to give Rosie the key as proof of his death.
I don't remember what I did to the dragon, but this quest was resolved months before we met Rosy.
