This was an interesting one, I just stumbled upon it because of the dev's more recent game getting an update (and I'll wait for content with the hot goth or tan-lines girl before trying that one) and figured I might as well try an earlier, completed, offering of his.

Funnily enough I think I saw a hentai years ago (though I can't really get off on anime style art for some reason) about a dude who stumbles on a mansion somewhere with a bunch of maids that are mainly there for sexual service and he becomes the master of the house... there's big differences, no demons in that one, the old master is still present (but wheelchair bound I think), he arrives with some friends (who then he turns into sluts), etc... but it was interesting to get to play around in that scenario, and I like things like Kim being in there as a brat of the house turned maid (similar to the show I'd seen, best bit of that one was when she got broken in) even if she wasn't flesh and blood related to the former master.

I found something to like about all of the girls, barring Iku... though I do wish given all the typing they'd all had 3 letter names so maybe that's a point in her favour, haha.

The engine definitely wasn't for me... I appreciated that you could click rooms to move and click on words to write them... but still I found myself typing a lot and it was quite a drag... that's on me though, I hadn't played an Adrift game before and didn't look at the screens enough to know it was quite a bit like Rags... I'd tried investigating bookcases and stuff quite a bit and it wasn't at all rewarding so gave up quite quickly... only looking at the stickied tricks and tips do I see that it would have paid off in some cases and I might have been able to find the girls contracts and stuff... I cheated quite a bit to make my life easier and thankfully that meant monsters I could basically power through just by casting truestrike repeatedly as I really couldn't be bothered to look through all the skills and actually be tactical about things (while I like that stuff in regular games, in my porn games I'm more here for the narrative and smut).

I enjoyed the world and the content, I think Hiroshi and him messing with the girls was my favourite bit... I'm really happy there was that victors place to go to (I cheated my way there after my first playthrough) so I could see the variations of if a different girl was your favourite or if you'd given him another, as I definitely wasn't up for ever playing through again... in fact there was almost as much content in there as there was in the game proper, which was nice, shame there wasn't more in the gangbangy corridor.

Thankfully I got some answers to questions I had by going to the victors area, like who Ai was, as while I'd read the stuff in the study I'd not gotten her ending... but I still don't really get why/how she was there, who the MC was, why the new master never turned up, and lots more... I'm not sure if playing the other games in the series would help or not though, as the pages for crisis and future are a lot less fleshed out with minimal tags and no screenshots... it looks like the newest one timelapse isn't connected to this one so maybe the others aren't too... also the older ones don't mention any sharing content and as that was the best bit I think I'm maybe content to forgo them.

Oh and just in case anyone has just started playing this and is wondering why the cheats aren't working so is flicking to the end of the thread to see any mention about it (as I did, haha) there is a file hosted on mega somewhere back in the thread for updated 2.0 ones... but just in case that ever disappears I'll paste its contents here as it was very helpful to me and I almost didn't find the post with it.

You're actually still missing quite a lot, even about things you might think you know, if you haven't played the harem ending. The games are all connected, in fact, although it's never totally obvious how.

Oh I thought the harem ending was just that group scene you can find down one of the corridors in the victor area, but I guess I'd have to play through from the beginning to get it then.

It transforms the endgame quite considerably and reveals a lot about what was really going on in the game. I believe it's only accessible through the normal gameplay, though, as it wouldn't really make as much sense in the victory suite.

Well out of curiosity I gave it another whirl... and I get it now, it does also make that harem ending sex scene (from the victor's thingy) make much more sense... Another thing I did notice is that the MC refers to his friend Shuji a bit (though that must be a fake memory?) and that's the name of the MC in your latest endeavour, so maybe there's some link there.

One complaint though is that as I was re-doing things I decided this time I wouldn't miss festival day, as while Iku wasn't exactly my favourite I felt a bit mean the first time around just seeing her sit there all alone...but I noticed that the event where the secret passage opens occurs on that day (I was wondering why I couldn't get in there despite trying a ton earlier on), then you're unable to exit out of the study to the east as per normal forcing you to miss it (and be a bit of a jerk).

That is a fake memory, yes. There's a kind of meta-narrative over the top of all of the games, though, which does tie them together, particularly if you see the harem endings. There's a dangerous creature that first appears in PA: Crisis, then apparently dies in PA: Future, but then Legacy throws some doubt on that.

Ah, but that's rather the point, isn't it? I did consider making it possible to get there in time, but then that just makes the story I wanted to tell into a "fail state", as opposed to the real characterisation.

He just shows up at certain set times. Incidentally, 60 isn't particularly high for love or lust; you want to get them over 100 to get real results.

Um, maybe a little bit for Rio, I think, but for the most part it's all about the maids. There's story reasons that make sense of all that, but they're spoilers for the harem ending. (The harem ending is very important to the story.)

I think there's just one Rio scene you can see in the passages, which triggers late in the game if you've already seen a lot of the NTR stuff.

Hiroshi will offer a deal at night for whichever maid you slept with first, so if you want to see the other offers you'll have to replay and prioritise another maid. (Since the game's designed for multiple replays anyway.)

IIRC, for the Rio NTR scene, you need to do the night training w/ hiroshi for one maid, the service w/ hiroshi for another maid, and give hiroshi's potions to the remaining maid, I think?
