In my opinion - such "devs" shall be banned for that behaviour.

Nobody is holding a gun to your head, it's your money and you can do whatever you want with it.
A lot of people just don't give a shit and can't be bothered to cancel their pledge, you can see it all over the place with devs who clearly STATED that they will no longer work on their games but there are still getting some money from patreons that are left over.
You must be really optimistic, naive or just straight out dumb not to realize that something is off after a full year of nothing but copy-paste posts by the dev.
She's only making like 400 bucks a month and it's getting lower and lower as days gone by so don't you worry, she's not going to ruin the economy.

I know that patreon get about 10 percent from each donation, so patreon does not care about scram and so on(but it do care about incest, i dunno why, since the TV is fine with incest,the Game of Thrones as example).
But fair sites like the one on which we right now, in my opinion they may not tolerate the crap like this.

The thing with incest being ok in tv is because it was made by HBO, they can air whatever the hell they want.
Patreon would be ok with it if not for the 3rd party companies they have to work with, Paypal doesn't want to be associated with incest so patreon has to comply.

So the game can be clearly marked with a Abandoned it is now 1 year nothing more happened and I doubt that in the near future something new which is really a shame because I really liked the game very much but I have half a year ago or already said that I have my doubt

Unfortunately our rules allow this to not be considered abandoned. It sucks, really, but it's hard to come up with a solution that won't mislead actual projects being developed (by marking them as on-hold or abandoned when they're not) or by having an arbitrary rule that isn't clear to people. Bet thing I can do is tell people to be careful where they put their money, and to actually look at posts / dates before committing to spend their money.

The Discord chat seems to suggest that the dev won't be releasing another story update anytime soon. Dev also seems to be radio silent on the chat as well. Maybe that's a clear indication that we won't be seeing content for a while? Maybe we can switch this to "On Hold" until we get story content? I mean at $452 a month, there's really not much the dev can do to sustain themself. Probably has a second job to get bills paid and can't devote time to the story?

And i'll explain what's happening here:

Last Game release: Around 27th(maybe 28th) of July 2018

After that date, Minxy went silent for a couple of months(we don't know if she went to some places for enjoying the summer, or she was working all along), at september posted some random news, when the game got the tag [Abandoned](or was pretty close to receive the tag)(Around December btw) she came back explaining that she had to deal with some problems but she was now back on working on the game. Went silent until February and for a short period she was posting teaser-images about plates of food in HD-CGI(like super detailed CGI, like playing a triple-A game with graphic preset at Ultra), then went silent again until April or something, and then she begins to apologize again(we explained to her that she could always stop the money-flow because she wasn't actually working on the game, she told us that she knew how to stop it all along) while posting hot images of Brooke in the sauna, from different points of view, but always the same theme(Brooke in the sauna) explaining that she has to deal with her exams and social life. Until the recent days where she is still posting teasers images of naked Brooke covered in cum in the sauna.

Meanwhile: Every months she got around 500$...EVERY SINGLE MONTH only recently her "paycheck is going down" but let's make some math: 500$/month = 6000$/year maybe is not much, maybe is less than minimum wage but still...if i was working somewhere and after i got my standard paycheck(from my job), i would get 500$ every month(from donations), i will be quite happy (i'm not going to lie), not mentioning that for getting those extra money, i only drawing random sexy images(recently is always the same: brooke on her knees, with her hands on her boobs while she is covered in cum, but the difference is the point of view and the level of zoom!), tricking people to think that i'm making a game...*Evil Laugh* it would be disrespectful/insulting to my patreons but seriosly...is like having a second job where you can do whatever you want and still get money.

THIS nails it. I watched this thread for some time now and almost everyday comes a post about asking for updates or if the game is abandoned. Let that thread die and stop answering questions, wich are allready asked hundert times...

The conversation isn't going to die, not with tags (as many have been suggesting) or otherwise. Check Aorrta's The Family Secret thread; it has been tagged abandoned, there haven't been posts on Patreon since October, and people still post nearly daily in that thread and there are still 45 people donating. You can't fix people's stupidity with tags or posts. I don't think it's the forum's job to prevent idiocy; if a person wants to donate to a dead project where the dev only makes empty promises it's their right to do so.

It's like I said, forums are not meant to cure stupidity. They can only be expected to do so much. If things were done the way you suggest, it could negatively affect legitimate developers. Keep in mind that the rules on a forum exist to deal with a wide range of situations and have to be kept consistent and clear so everyone gets what's going on. It's like the moderator said:
