I didn't expect my adult vn would spark a water bill debate, but I'm all for it Lol. To give you guys an idea about how I came up with the number, I compared it to the water bill that I just had, which is $100 and that's only with me and one other person, living in Florida. So I think it just really varies on where you live and some other factors

For what it's worth, my water bill here in Southern California is consistently over $150 a month during the dry summer months when I'm irrigating my lawn and thirsty plants three to four times a week, and down below $75 in the winter when the sprinklers aren't running. $200 is not far-fetched in many areas for homeowners with property, but if you live in an apartment without any landscaping, I can see how that might seem like "wut?"

I should hope so. I would be a bit worried if a creator looked at their own work and thought, "Well, this is a steaming pile...." At that point, it would be time to scrap and start over.

Can you guys please consider not doing animations or make them optional? They kill any chance for the mind to creatively fill in the blanks. I get much more out of a few stills than animated scenes.

I'm with Punter on the optional animations. Not because my imagination can't find blanks to fill in if they're there, but rather, my laptop always lags considerably when trying to load an animation in RenPy. But, that's just what dealing with a low spec machine is like; Shared Video RAM, Low end processor, slightly more than minimum RAM required by the OS, slow ass 5700rpm spindle HDD with a high seek time...

Don't get me wrong, i've got another machine as well, but the laptop is the default porn viewing machine... So, if you guys could keep in mind the low spec pleebs while designing this game, not only would we appriciate it, but it would also help to insure a buttery smooth and super snappy experience for those with average or better systems. (Also, if you're interested, feel free to PM me and I would be more than happy to get you some actual numbers to design towards.)

I finally had a chance to play the 0.2 update and I ended up conflicted. On one hand, the quality has definitely improved when compared to the demo, and the game feels likeable. On the other hand, I can't ignore the feeling that there's something not quite right when I play this game. It feels like the events in the game existed in a vacuum as if the rest of the world doesn't exist. I understand this is a porn game and not necessarily something that has to be 100% realistic, but there are things that don't feel right.

A few examples:
1. The three girls in the classroom as if no other students want to be there.
2. They were supposedly waiting for "boring lecture" to start, and I understand Miracle being there as a student, but why would Paris and Sasha even be there? And why is there even a lecture to begin with when college hasn't actually started?
3. Then when the professor showed up, all that happened was Miracle fangirl-ing the professor. So where's the boring lecture?
4. Of course after the professor left, it's back to just the three of them, and they were just talking about romance/virginity/kissing in the class.
5. Similarly with the scene at the gym. At what point would it make sense to start kinky role-playing in the middle of the ring? And why are they the only two people there?
And so on.

It's a bit frustrating to me because the scenes themselves are perfectly fine, but the setting feels completely wrong. It feels like the scenes exist for the sake of existing and not thought out on how to make sense.

To me, the classroom-talk scene makes more sense if it's done at home, maybe in Miracle's bedroom where it's more of a private setting that someone shy like Miracle would feel more comfortable discussing those topic instead of in a classroom that is a public space during the day where a lot of students are supposedly around the campus.

Same with the role-play scene. It feels like it'd make more sense if Sasha and MC went to their 24-hour gym together to work out, maybe late at night and nobody else was around. Then one thing led to another, they started role-playing, and then a janitor came in to do some cleaning and they had to stop the role-play.

All of those are not really dealbreakers by any means, but yeah I just thought they could've been much better if the setting is better.

Hey, thanks for playing! Let me try and answer some of your concerns.

1) I made a joke in 0.1 about there probably not going to to be people at the lecture because it's hard to populate an environment in visual novels. Why? adding a bunch of people considerably slows down to render and sometimes the scene won't even load. You have to have a really, really high end PC just for those scenes.

2) I'm currently in college, and being able to visit classrooms with your family before the fall term opens is normal, at least for my college. And I'm sure others. I was just actually watching a show where a father and daughter visited her school together to see how it was like, too.

3) Miracle fangirling takes up on the time and the author has to go.

And I understand your point on the kissing scene. It was just more relevant in the classroom because it has to deal with miracles experience and her staying at the dorms.

SuperWriter again. The images you see are for my game SECRET SUMMER. I am offering this game to you guys for FREE in a FEW DAYS. I just need to finish rendering the final images.


Why?


I told Ptolemy that I wanted to give you guys more content and have more control over the game, and basically, he offered to give me PICTURE PERFECT after a short discussion, giving me an amazing opportunity. The story was always completely mine and Pto was rendering for me, but now is giving me all the models and assets because I feel my rendering is at a high enough level now, as you see in the attached pics. NOTHING WILL CHANGE with PICTURE PERFECT. But both games are now 100% mine.


I want to do this full-time, so I will show you guys all the things I have planned. Talk is cheap, though. I’m going to prove it to you all. All I ask is for a chance to prove it to you all.
