how to play this game? is the ch11 the main game and ch1-8 minigames not in the timeline of the main game?
Yes and yes.
Just download chapter 11 and the mandatory patch and you're good to go.
did that and still gets "warden" for hunter .. I think the incest patch is not working

It is. It just needs a day to kick in. As soon as you can, go to your room, and skip until next morning. That should fix everything.
I am not sure if its working. Mom and sisters are working but grandpa is still being called Hunter. Maybe its working lmao who knows

It did, but then the dev starting making every update double in content from the last update. CH 12 is going to be double or more the content of CH 11, which was double the content of CH 10 and so on. So it's only reasonable that the updates are taking longer. At least it's not taking double development time to get double the content.
Seeing the amount of content that gets put out every update makes me realize how lazy some of the other devs are lol. Like Milfy City's most recent big update which took like 2.5 years to release is equivalent to 1 update for this game
