I think Brenna and Catherine might actually be supportive of this. In a previous chapter Cath suggested to Sterling that he should have sex with Brenna, and when he shot it down she pivoted to something like "Mom's been really lonely too." In chapter 11 when Sterling admitted to Kumiko and Catherine that he was fucking Ophelia, Cath asked if she could watch. Brenna is a little harder to read, but in her bad end with Drew in chapter 11, Brenna was super turned on by the revelation that Sterling was fucking Ophelia.
I also think Ophelia will be ok with Sterling fucking pretty much everyone. As of the end of chapter 11, I believe Ophelia is already aware that Sterling has had sex with: Eva, Mallory, Penny, Amber, Tiff, Aliza, Rachita, and Brenna. I can't wait to see Ophelia address the Brenna situation, as well as learn about Catherine and Lucia.
I want to know about what would happen between Drew/Ophelia regarding David's affair.

Or he will either get jailed or will escape.

No offense, but that does sounds a bit like endgame content. I'd say cool your horses and have some patience. We'll get there soon since the story's wrapping up. We won't see it in chapter 12 (though we'll have an "increase in knowledge" next chapter, but not full disclosure), but we will see it in a few more chapters (things should end with chapter 14 or 15).
What if one of the girls says that when Sterling was away out with Tiffany to me her mother, that Hunter and Drew fucked/raped them and one of them is pregnant. We don't actually know if Hunter/Drew was stalking one of the girls when Sterling was out so that could be there chance.
If that would happen I would say it would be Brenna or Ophelia.
