What I meant specificaly is that Lucia explicitly told Sterling, that she would rather do any kinky shit on the bedroom before kissing someone, fact is she was ok with watever so long she didn't have someone else's face near her, but on chapter 11 Sterlong kissed her and she enjoyed it so she was freaking out cuz there was no way she wouldn't be freaking out about that.
So atelast her has a suspicion that something is going on.
It was all because of Hunter's drugs.
I think it was the male-focused drug that Hunter just started using that pushed Sterling to 'take charge' during sex with Lucia.

Then when Drew arrives, Sterling had to defend against both of them with the added threat of Drew impregnating them.
Yep, the audience knows that it's because Hunter's drugs, but not a single one of the characters seems to put two and two together. but as of chapter 11 Lucia does, she is atleast suspecting some foul play.

There are several possibilities, for example "cut his balls off" or even "start to change his sex".
I would prefer she had balls to impregnate the girls while Hunter cant.
But either of them options cold be good for a What if regarding Drew?
Probably because Sterling and Lucia are the only ones who realize what Hunter(and now Drew) are trying to do.
Ophelia still sees Hunter as her dear father who came to her rescue in her time of need(the death of David).
Brenna and Catherine see Hunter as their frail grandpop, who does some strange things but (in their minds) isn't capable of being evil.
Aliza only sees about 10% of what goes on, most of that is what directly happens to her. So she would never suspect Hunter.
Sterling, Lucia and now Tiff know about the drugs, but for some reason Catherine is the only one who acknowledges the hissing sound from the air vents that just so happens to occur right before someone turns into a rabid sex machine.
Sterling has noticed his increased libido when he was fucking Racjita and then Brenna, but has no idea how he's being dosed.
I guess the point where someone figures it out will be when the final 'endgame' pahse will start.
