Okay so, kind of an outdated question but in chapter 9 with the integrated what ifs, how do I access 4 through 6? Ive played though the chapters already and Im really confused

I think the question refers to BaeScout83's integrated What-Ifs. There may be an answer in the readme file, but I haven't looked.

CH 11 contains the whole game. Make sure you install the mandatory patch too.

Dude not even remotely fucking close. Milfy City went three years with no status update. WWG gives status updates pretty regularly along with other content including Wallpapers, Dream Scenes, and What Ifs.

yeah, 10 months for 1 chapter, that's twice as big in content then last chapter. With only 1 extra month of development time. I'll never understand why people get mad at the development time, but don't care to understand WHY the development time.

If there's no clarification until Thursday-Friday, then you should probably expect another small delay.
Keep expectations low. I wouldn’t be surprised if February came into the equation but it’s likely we’ll have the game within 1, maybe 2 weeks

According to WWG, it's supposed to drop this week (maybe bleed into the beginning of next week). But you're right, it's probably best to assume to the worst. Not as a jab at WWG but to acknowledge the nature of game development.
