There's interesting information in some of the NTR sequences. That pic is from the sauna scene with Tiff, where Drew explains she had her testicles removed so she would no longer produce testosterone, helping her appear more feminine, but she injects some testosterone in order to maintain sexual function (i.e. achieve erections).
I get the impression that Drew has actual feelings for Keira, and is starting to feel a "paternal bond" toward Lucia, at least during the NTR endings in chapter 12. After all, Drew is now incapable of conceiving a child. I suppose it's possible Drew may have fathered other children (when she still could), but Lucia is special because Drew cared about Keira. For these reasons, in addition to Drew's fucked up childhood (as previously discussed), I find Drew to be a sympathetic character. Finding out how her story ends is one of the things I'm most looking forward to.
So in chapter 12 brenna and dog is considered as bad ending? So it takes back to the choice?

Found something else interesting that might give us a hint about Annabelle and I'm surprised I haven't seen anyone mention it. It's in the REALLY bad ending of chapter 12 when Hunter kills Drew, Lucia and Sterling.

I know stuff in the bad endings isn't canon, but I wonder if this hints that Hunter is quite familiar with New Annabelle (and she works as a cleaner/fixer for him or something?) It also suggests that New Annabelle knows about Hunter's plans with the family and didn't expect them to work out. It also implies there's another woman yet to be introduced that is saved for kind of a grand finale.
I guess it's also possible the person he's talking to isn't New Annabelle and is perhaps someone who is keeping an eye on her at the convent- meaning New Annabelle would be the woman being saved for when he's "done changing minds."
EDIT: In retrospect, I'm guessing my second option is more likely, especially considering Annabelle's line in the canon ending:
"Crud...I just got dropped off by a guy I don't know!"
But that also means that in the canon ending, Hunter called this person and told them to bring Annabelle to the house. I guess he thought he had won after showing the girls all that "evidence." Yeah it's all making sense now.
What I'm wondering though is what he meant by needing her once minds are changed. Maybe he'll say she's the final part of his grand vision of bringing the family back together or something. Obviously she doesn't know what the hell's going on, so I'd imagine she'd need some mind changing as well.

I agree with your second idea. New Annabelle is important to Hunter, enough for him to be a "great benefactor" to her, so he certainly would've been keeping tabs on her. Since she's living in a convent, I suspect Hunter is providing money to the nuns, and monitoring Annabelle through them. Hunter has probably visited Annabelle at the convent, because she states that she knows him, and she would've been unlikely to leave to go see someone she doesn't know. When it was time to reveal Annabelle to the family, he sent a male associate to pick her up (presumably with the nuns' approval).

Hunter seems to have a network contacts, for everything from supplying illicit chemicals, to providing discreet medical attention, to disposing of dead bodies. Maybe it's a bit stereotypical, but considering his past in Sicily I wouldn't be surprised if he has mafia connections.
As for Hunter's grand plan? Right now I don't have the foggiest idea.

It is a curious thing, Hunter having any involvement whatsoever with a convent. I can imagine that being raised in a convent means Annabelle will be quite chaste. Perhaps Hunter's plan was to have the family as a whole corrupt her? That would certainly align with his ideals. That being said, I'm not sure we have quite enough time left in the game though to go down a whole corruption route with her. I suppose there's also the possibility that she's just acting the part and is in cahoots with Hunter somehow. Only time will tell.

From what I'm seeing you are missing Catherine's Event, did you download the mandatory patch that is mentioned thrice in the OP and installed it correctly?
I did and have been trying everything! The Catherine event isn't even on the list

Really odd, even the task is no longer there! this is what it looked like at the beginning of the chapter..
OK, I think I figured it out. If you finish Kimoko's event early, then do Tiff's family thing with "spoiler", then the next day after Tiff's scene the next part of the scene in the kitchen won't happen... odd that!
David(MC's Dad) cheat on Ophelia with Drew while David went on business trip...... is scam in my suspicion.
Drew point of view, while Drew is doing whatever makes pleasure him. tap on David Schedule and sync timing send E-mail.

i don't know cause of death about David. if Hunter or Drew causing it.
