Just finished Chapter 3. I highly doubt it's New Annabelle. That would be a huge disappointment if it were the case. Unless she's a good actress and was lying about the whole "raised in a convent" and "only know of Hunter as a benefactor" situation.
I don't really foresee WWG spending time on a new, probably male, character this late in the game.
