It was just a first impression, no need to take it overly seriously.
But my point still stands.
If, for example, you're not into preggo, then debuffs that increase the chance of pregnancy will be nothing but a bag of std's.
If, for example, you're not into bdsm, then debuffs that make it easier for enemies to restrict her will be nothing but nuisance as well.

And so on.
But again they are relatively easy to remove so not a big deal overall but still will be a bit annoying if you want to fuck monsters without having to deal with a particular debuff. I wish you could select which ones you want the monsters to apply and which ones you don't.
A bit of an oversight on the dev side i guess.

Yes you're right this logic can be applied to absolutely any fetish, that's why we need... more intricate settings for these games.
Customization is key to making a great game, especially great sex game.

Cutomization is great I agree, but you need to consider the flipside of this. Imagine someone doesn't enjoy any monster content or anal content and turns those off, you have now effectively cut the content for a lot of H-Games in half at the very least. If we go with this argument it would likely be easier for developers to hyperfixate on a single fetish and base their entire game around that to go for a certain customerbase then. Also developers would likely implement data collection tools to see which fetishes get turned off the most and depending on that completely remove those from future games. Which would be a shame for people that enjoy those fetishes.

And there are games that do what you describe allowing for a very introcate selection of fetishes. Some of them suffer from the exact problem I mentioned. And a vast majority of those that don't suffer from that problem are stuff like CoC, DoL and similiar games that are in long term active development funded through Patreon and similiar sites and a lot of community distribution. It's not as easy as this since not every game or developer can or is willing to work with that business model. And let's not forget that those games while great with a lot of content also rarely reach an endpoint in their story.

Ok, it pains my ass as a coomer that the sex scene didn't have any moaning sound effect. Suprsingly, when I tried to decomposer the audio packages, this game does have them.
To double check, I downloaded the JP version and it still doesnt have the moaning in sex scenes. Which is really weird.

So if anyone wants to have a higher quality fap with moaning sound effect, you guys can modify it (by editting/changing the sound files like I did).

Steps

1. Use this one to decomposer your game package (remember to upgrade the kagura patch first).
   
   
2. Copy my files and replace the files in the Pray Game\www\audio

This is just my 3 hours attemp with editting the plap sound effect and combine with the moaning sound effects together.

Edit: i checked again and i think i mistook the put-dick-in with the piston moaning sound effects. I will update later.

It does has a moaning sound and work correctly(?). IIRC she need to has high EROS and/or repeatly cumming, her moan would appeared as she does enjoy it and not hold back anymore. Maybe it's random? idk. Another fact, if you let Alcy be max restrained and keep cumming, you would find new hot restrained cg.

Okay let me rephrase my argument. Your idea isn't feasible because it would drastically cut down content for most games. People do not tend to enjoy variety (in different fetishes) when it comes to porn and some people even hate it, because some fetishes are utterly disgusting to some people.

And every single piece of content or CG in H-Games costs the developer money and time to create which will obviously lead to the games price beeing based on the amount of maximum possible content available. If you can disable half the content with a few clicks but pay full price people will feel cheated, if you try to balance the content out however you might end up with every fetish beeing as deeply explored as a puddle which will also be very unsatisfying. That's why I mentioned those other games. What you propose is simply not feasible for retail games. But absolutely possible for crowdfunded games or games with community contributors.

That aside, games that are focused around a single fetish are actually quite well liked.

I mean the highest difficulty was different before the append and the trophy was the same. And with the amount of typos and bugs with kagura version, this could be another one.
