This is not a sandbox game, scene selection is based almost exclusively on the player's dialog choices, not stats.

Strictly speaking there are variables that store past choices which you could change from the console, but the relevant variables are different for each scene and are more along the lines of "day1BoughtHoboFood=true/false".

If you want to cheat to access all the content (and I don't blame you, there are a lot of alternate scenes in this game), I suggest you download the Gallery Mod which (AFAIR) gives you access to all the scenes, and major variations thereof, in the current game.
