You can get more corruption by working on forest man. Also you can buy the information from the Crow at the sewers. Doing dances for him increases corruption as well.

I know but forest part is not unlock for me and idk why

You can start from church or better go work and once you have enough time play with pleasure.

I wasn't that far in to the game myself (only up to the church), but I noticed you lost items if you played from a previous save.

After replaying the game i remembered a minor detail that bugged me. In the scene with the doctor where she gives you the injection she's holding a pipette. A pipette isn't used for injections, it has no needle. I actually use the same models at work.
