Because Asian people in the east got this fetish from western porn. Its not called QOS Wife 3 and its kind of shitty imho, great concepts but not implemented in the best way. Look up QOS Milf, same developer as QOS Wife the original. QOS Wife 2 had a different developer which I think may be why it was much better than QOS Wife. Iirc QOS Wife didn't even make much sense game wise and like how to do stuff.

I liked it. There is enough humiliation fetish in it to keep me interested.
