Hello everyone!
The fight with the race scene continues!
I’m slowly getting it done and I managed to do about a half of the race in just a few days so that’s great! I was expecting it to go much, much slower but overall it’s not that bad. Also, I’m taking a few days off and I’m leaving for a short vacation, just to catch some breath before the final straight. I fly out tomorrow morning and I come back on the 18th of July. Taking that into consideration I think I’ll get the race scene done 22-ish of July, maybe a few days later (depends if I come across some unexpected issues). Once it’s done, there’ll be only 2 scenes left and we’ll be good to go! Few words from Joshua:
Beta testing is still going for much of the game, and the final few scenes are being rendered. We're getting close to announcing a release date, which we hope to release shortly.
Episode three is about 25% written. There's been the usual adjustments and amendments of storyline to make sure that it'll be finished much sooner than episode 2 was, but the story will still have the rhythm and pay off that we want. It's important that there's a proper story cadence for the end of the episode, as this will mark the Steam release as well.
It'll be a big milestone in the project to finish episode 3, as it marks the point where we hope to move from "promising new game" to "A game people want to keep playing".
So, we'll keep pushing on. With a little luck, we should have a release timeline sorted by th next update.

Corporate Culture doesn't take THAT long. That game's updates typically take 8-9 months; this one is nearing the 10-month mark and the end of the tunnel isn't close yet.If you can wait for Corporate Culture, you can wait for this.

But I think it's credit to the impression left by the initial release, that even though I know a big chunk of the incoming update will feature content that doesn't interest me, I'm still really looking forward to it.

Yeah, I don’t know shit about cars. I don’t even have a driver’s license because I get vertigo really bad. But, I am excited for the next release.
Just be a bit patient, we are coming closer to the next release, just 1 or 2 more years to wait and you'll get you 5 min fap time....

This race scene sounds really complicated.
Devs have way more patience than me
I think my hair would have gone gray.
And I probably would have gone insane by now.
That's one of the reasons I really respect devs like these guys & Cheekygimp
They are more interested in telling a great story with added lewd scenes
Then just some shitty porn game
Even though porn would probably be easier to make.

I got back from my break few days ago, and I jumped straight into it. This is how my animations folder looks right now and I'm "only" about 70% done... If only I didn't have to go frame by frame on every animation to fix flying tires... It's fucking tedious

This game lose so many patreon cause a whole year without anything except "dev update" ! I have starting pledge too , but stop it immediately cause of this ! and don't trust dev for now ...his game is DEAD ! this project have good potential when it's start , but bad decisions kill everything .

I'm sorry you feel this way. I agree that we've done a few bad decisions mainly with the size of the update but the game is certainly not dead and is being worked on whenever we can. All we can do is keep you guys updated about the work (which we do, about 2 times per month and if you want to know more feel free to ask on Discord or shoot me a PM) and do our best to deliver as quickly as possible and not make the same mistakes in Episode 3.
Hey don't wory man. I rather like game that's released when it's ready than rushed and being unplayable. Just look at how Jedi Survivor launched, for example. I mean sure game eventualy came to that level and i still think it's one of the best games of Star Wars universe. Take your time and release it when it's ready. What i can't wait is for your game to be ported to Steam so i can support you from there since i deactivated my Patreon account. Cheers
