In fact, trailers need actual scenes from the game itself. Not new content that the game will never see, nor scenes from episodes that haven't been released yet.

What's funny is that i bet rendering the trailer for the update took way longer than rendering the entire update. It's probably why the update took so long and only has 300 images.

He isn't working on the game at this point however. From what I have seen, his work on the update is finished, and his coder is now putting together the game itself. How long that will take, who knows. I don't know how long it takes for the coder to do his work. The update is seemingly huge though

Who knows. The dev hardly ever keeps his fans/patrons in the loop. Not even on discord as some have claimed here. Checked recently and it's just a bunch of memes on there, and barely any conversation about the game and development

Yeah that's why I gave up on supporting as well.
I understand different devs have different outputs and modes of communicating, but the LeFrench patreon/discord are a fucking wasteland. Just a circle jerk of a handful of people memeing at each other. If you have so much time for shitposting in your discord you can fucking find time to tell people what you're spending their dime on.

And remember these are the people that said back in April that starting with the next update they'll make posts with % and what not. Almost feels like they're wasting as much time as possible before they have some actual self-imposed accountability.

It is in the Ballpark of "could be tomorrow" and "could be never". Only the Developers now for sure.
All WE can do is enjoying the ride and keep us occupied with different things to "shorten" the waiting game.
