Update:

Finally! Level 1 for Effie is finished.
Now I can build on these events and I hope that will go faster.

In the mean time, let me introduce you to two new side characters who help to tell the story:

Mimi - Mimi is a waitress at a new location: the restaurant
Harold - Harold is a regular at the Coffee Shop

But when enough people think Mimi should be on the To-be-corrupted list, I can make it accessible from the map.

I'm really liking How Mimi has a thicker MILF look, and still beautiful too.....:heartcoveredeyes:...I'm still hoping that you'll still do some updating to the original story as well, mostly for Mom and Sis, before you start getting too many extra girls going....Although, Mimi.....Mmmmm, she hot!!
I know you've been careful not to give much away on your update, but those preview pics of Effie and Auntie, look amazing Brother.
I'm pretty damn excited for the release....I've said it lots of times, and it still holds true......Your awesome Brother!!

Be assured, the next release will be focussed on Sarah and Chloe.
Mimi is a character that can be developed but for whom I don't have any plans yet.

When working on next level events for Effie, I ran into something that I needed to adjust:
When ordering anal beads for Chloe, there's a nice ordering screen.
Now I have made some events that put extra icons on MC's computer screen, so I had to make different versions of the 'anal beads order screen' to comply with current status of the game.
And I'll have to do it for some future screens too.
Can't help being a sucker for those tiny details....

DrSmith, thanks for picking up the work on this game and moving it forward.

The four links you provided a page or two back aren't working anymore. Assuming this wasn't intentional:

  1. Can you re up?
  2. Would you like help finding a stable filehost? I could potentially up on my own MEGA account as I've got paid bandwidth.

I already thought so, that's why I created a character that's appealing enough to get into the game but different from what characters that were already in the game. Provisions have already been taken to make Mimi a character that also can be corrupted. Although this will take a while as Shannon and Effie have the focus for this release and the following release will be focussed on Sarah and Chloe.

I remember reading before that you were going to be continuing the game using only still images, but were going to look into how to do the anims.

How have you fared in this regard? It'd be a shame for this game to lose it's animated style.

In an earlier post I said that I've already bought the programs for making animations because I also think that the animations are an essential part of RiC.
Therefore animations for Shannon will be available from level 3 (from 225 CP onwards). And also will be there be animations for Effie in the higher levels.
All in the coming release :)

The same type of fluid animations that boom made, or the slideshow type ones that are quite janky that some other games use?

I have used the same programs that @Boomatica used, so I hope to have achieved the same quality of animation (although it's my first try at these kind of things). But if not, they will get better with more experience.

We talk regularly about the games we both now develop. And I'm pretty pleased to say he's very happy with what I've come up with so far and that he's glad I'm still pushing forward with RiC.
