I find it strange as MANY complained about Season 1 back in the day saying MC's dick was too big and he just fucks chicks randomly which was way off.
Then now Season 2 which have less sex and more character driven story, is boring and been called "too little fapping". RTP is a Virtual Novel with some choices to be made that will have an effect closer to the end of the Novel. I know it's frustrating to some, i find that to be true in other linear novels but still i play them as I like their stories and where the Dev wants to take me. But i understand it being frustrating to many as they can't just go and fuck girls they want. Mei seems to be a Li many want but can't have.
The dreaming incest thing is not unrealistic. I've had a sexual dream about my Aunt once and my sister.. yes i know. But once awake(after both dreams) i felt shitty about it.... Its not natural feeling.

The innocent daughter was added by the mods back in the day and actually Nicky was innocent and clueless daughter of a mother who's had a tough experience. Tags don't always tell us what a game is about. We used the dream sequence as a bit of shock value that is all. It's a once off.
On side note there are two girls in RTP that will feature in my next game... Sorry that is all I'll say about this.
Read the Novel as a story that both myself and Rogue want to tell you all. If you want to just fap then there are plenty "games" to do that with, but I'm sure there are times when you just feel like reading a great story. If not, by all means walk on by.

Image sequences tend to play cleaner, at least in my experience. Many of the games that use mkv files have a noticeable "hang" on every loop that totally breaks the immersion (especially bad with Mr. Dots Games and some others, for some reason). I never experience that with image sequences, which is probably why yours play so smoothly. And I have a ridiculously powerful Xeon multicore system with a crapload of RAM.

Well the DNA thing was before he became an Ubermensch, he just had his pheromone thing and some "minor" enhancements by comparison. So basically he gave Vicky an STD that made her smell good and she passed it on to her daughter.

Part of me has been wondering if that's a contributing reason as to why Vicky (and to a lesser extent, Nicky) has attracted the wrong sort for so long. Not that it would've been the cause for Vicky's gang rape, but for all of the shitheads she's had to deal with since. Maybe also for Nicky and Mei's near rape in S1.
I feel conflicted about this game and turned it off mid season 2. I don't want to say it's bad, because there's a lot of effort put into this game and some animations are good to great. But for me it's seems to hit the underlying void between captivating storytelling and a great porn game.
Jensen comes off as kind of an idiot, even though he's supposed to be intelligent. And the pheromones narrative is often a bit over the top with its "oh now his smell is gone I'm suddenly not really attracted anymore to this peak Chad millionaire". Never been a big fan of the Women Don't Like Sex trope, but it's especially weird in a game with a Chad and random women. It's also written more like a TV show you popcorn watch instead of pulling you to be invested in characters, although that's a style choice that I guess some may like/prefer.
As a porn game there's very little. No real tension or build-up, very repetitive lines ("oh the smell! wow biggus dickus!"), and pretty bland lets-get-it-over-with scenes.

It's not a porn game, it's a novel with adult content. There is less in the way of porn in season 2 and more story.
Season 1 was just to ease people in and introduce characters, season 2 is where the story starts properly.

In Nicky, the gene is on the latent, regressive side, and not a factor. However, early on we hear from Vicky (telling Nicky) how many men have tended to treat her. Having a very mild version of a pheromone that attracts the opposite sex, but can also cause somewhat raised aggression in males, has indeed been a contributing factor.

I'm not entirely sure what game you are playing.
Because not one single character has said they are no longer attracted to him because of the lack of pheromones/smell. In fact, the only character who commented on the lesser scent is Nicky, in the context of talking to someone who at the time may potentially be her half-sister about how she still has the hots for what may be their father, to the extent where even with all her daddy issues she might prefer him not to be her dad in some ways because she is still that attracted to him.
Let's try to make the issue a bit clearer for you on what you missed. We'll start with the obvious leading question:
How many times have you fucked your own father in real life? Would you do so in front of your mother? Is how your father smells, or any part of how attractive he is, the main factor of your decision?

Jensen, Nicky, Vicky, etc are not "porn characters", they are simply characters. As much as possible, they have realistic personalities and deal with situations accordingly. Unlike 'porn games' they actually think about feelings that are beyond the physical sensations, and they think about the consequences of their choices.

We've just had pages of complaints about how the women all like sex way too much and the lesbian takeover is imminent.
Tell that "not invested in characters" shit also to the people whining and even quitting because they can't have one or another specific character. Or just go back to the reaction's to Vicky's big talk with Jensen.
Now, I don't doubt that YOU may not be invested in the characters, but that's because you somehow have paid no attention to what is happening, or being said, in the game at all. Maybe try playing without smoking the crack pipe?
