While I can't speak for other posters, what I took from what he said was a very valid observation, and actually addresses your lack of understanding of how it applies. If you had ever tried to dev a game, or thought logically about the process from that perspective, instead of only the perspective of a consumer, you'd have understood it.

I just finished the game and by and large, I enjoyed it. I am a little disappointed with episode 3 so far. If you choose Nikky there is this well-done sex scene bit if you choose Viki you go to a park and make out a bit and it's over because Viki does not want to do it in public. Very underwhelming.

There are still 4 more episodes to come in season 3. Vicky will get her share of sexy time. They can't put equal amount of animations for all girls in every episode. If they did it would take a lot longer to make each episode.

In all honesty. Start the game from scratch without any preconceived ideas and read what is going on. You will find everything is explained and makes sense. From the pheromones to genetic experiments, the decline of Jensens pheromones etc... I kind of understand people thinking there was a harem setup but there was / never will be one from the start. How many of us dated/fucked a few girls and ended up with a harem? Same here.

Luckily for everyone else that actually get's the story I am not like some devs who gets discourage but stay true to the vision myself/Rogue has for RTP...

No. From Episode one of Series 1 Jensen has consistently talked about looking for a girl. The one. That's what the story was quietly and firmly declaring all along. Any 'screaming' otherwise came from yourself. There's actually a 'Harem' tag to help you find the games you want. Enjoy.


A 'novel' is a book. A kinetic novel is like the electronic form of a graphic novel. A Visual Novel (VN) is the next stage up where you get to make some choices, possibly with some added gameplay. This is a VN, and is tagged accordingly, with even the OP stating it is mostly linear, points-based gameplay.

Languages are not created and developed just so people can make more interesting noises, but to convey precise meanings, thoughts, emotions, and concepts. If the date you had with Eve was at a coffee shop, you are NOT on her path and did not choose her in Series 3 Ep1. You'll need to go back to Ep 1 and when playing the scene with Nicky, choose to see her as your daughter instead of as your lover. You cannot choose Eve if you already chose Nicky, which if you got the scene with Nicky is where you went wrong.

So for the sentence to make sense it should say "... with an equally beautiful *mother*." <------ NOT daughter

The first time you meet Vicky is also in the hallway, and that's what he is referring to. You first see her in the background in the hallway when letting Cynthia and her friends into the apartment, and you then meet her properly in that same hallway when she wakes you up to complain about how you first met Nicky. So you are right that he met Nicky first, but that's not what the line was getting at, and the line is also accurate.

The trouble is that players are so used to games being accidentally that cheesy they don't realize this isn't like that. All these ridiculous things are happening to a guy in a reality that isn't normally like that, and is part of what should alert people to something seriously weird going on. Unfortunately, most people have played too many other games where the 'weird shit' is meant to be commonplace, so it takes longer than it should for people to pick up on all the clues and hints. No matter how many times Jensen questions it all and points out that it isn't normal or expected.

Rogue in above is spot on.... (Rogue also played S1 way back and i am sure thought similar as many but also realised RTP is not your normal fuckfest and then quickly realised what the story is about.)** I think...

IT's truly disheartening many people play RTP in Season1 and think its the same old incest/harem trope as many other porn games and its not. Definitely not intended for harem or incest but a guy who's sexually woken up due to previously done experiments on him. He then basically returns to a normal male "state" and not so damn horny and sexually driven anymore. Even his penis returns to normal size.

Jensen in Season 1 feeling the effects of these experiments. It's all in the story yet the trope is to dope for some and they just see harem/incest and not the bigger picture.

As it is both myself and Rogue are hard skinned bastards and we will continue as we have always planned and finish RTP as per my original idea from the start. I'm on episode 5 of 1st series and just downloaded the second.
Wasn't hating on the game , it's not bad at all altho i recommend a hour or more of a much more serious game afterwards 2 reduce the high level of cheese intake that you receive while playing it lol. Its a GG and ill be keeping an eye on it.

ps: At least the MC has a reason for having a 12 plus inch manhood and having pussy falling all over it every other minute unlike some games that're out there.

Thanx for the clarification RogueKnightUK on that 'meeting'. For me a meeting involve face2face, talking, handshake, conversation... Seeing someone at a distance exchanging eyesight isn't a meeting for me. Can you imagine a work meeting where you present yourself at the door wave at everyone then be on your way home.

Anyway, not here to argue, it was confusing enough that it needed an explanation(to me there was 2 meeting nicky/box-hallway & nicky/vicky knocking on your door-hallway)...
