The problem is that what's "illegal" for pornography will vary widely , and is subject to shift rapidly depending on the political climate. In particular, incest porn is regarded as illegal in many countries, and if there's even a whiff of a virtual minor character things get . A disclaimer that "everyone is over 18" isn't going to hold much water. And with the mess kicked up in 2020 everyone is freaking out over being caught in the crossfire. This is the sort of shit that gets everyone in a ten-mile radius in legal trouble, as .

So given the choice between a) keeping an armada of lawyers of staff to make sure that AVNs on their platform are kosher with the countries they serve and b) issuing a blanket ban on stuff that could potentially get them sued or criminally investigated, it's not surprising they'd go with the safer choice. Does anyone really believe that a major corporation in the modern era would leave money on the table over something silly like morals? Visa would happily process transactions for child slave auctions if they thought they could get away with it.
Isn't Patreon or PayPal only subject to the jurisdiction they are based in? If they are based in Silicon Valley, the only rules they have to follow are Californian and US Federal laws, correct?

It makes sense to me that if a random country like Romania has a problem with Romanians accessing incest AVNs, then that is Romania's problem to deal with. Crying to Patreon to take the content down is absurd.

Mega corporations receive money for enforcing morals, that is how ESG scoring works. Big hedge funds give them investment money for having good morals, for example, being environmentally sustainable, supporting pride and woke avenues, supporting unions, etc. They will easily lose money in sales and public perception for shit like this because they make money back through investment firms.

Well I just got my prescription It's a dose of Jenny
My favorite 'Blast from the past' ;) would involve Tiffany with either Jenny or Scarlett.

I suspect that if the MC and Tiffany had any sexy time in the past - we won't find out until this happens in the present and she gets to reflect on it, remembering something Very similar in the past and wondering how the encounters can be so similar...

Cheers!! :coffee:

Hmm...

You keep creating hype about Skylar...

I can also see that you changed your pfp and signature with her pics.

So... she is doing some epic things in EP7, isn't she?

I hope she is! :p

Skylar is the best.
She isn't in the update since we go in the past with Darci

But Jestur said that we will meet again her mom's younger version ;)

Yeah, I changed to show more love to my favorite AVN Waifu and game :)

You are subject to the laws of any jurisdiction that you do business in. This is why Pornhub and several other streaming sites have been slowly going dark in some US states like Texas that implemented strict ID laws for accessing adult content. Suing someone outside that jurisdiction is a little more challenging but there is a vast web of reciprocity agreements between countries that make it possible. And, even if they can't sue you, they can absolutely cut off your access to the market. Patreon may not need Romania, but Visa and PayPal would shit their pants at the threat at tourists who could no longer use their credit cards on vacation or businesses that couldn't process online transactions. Again, nobody is going to this much trouble or risk to protect a comparatively small number of incest AVNs.

Also, I think you're overestimating the impact it would have on ESG scores for businesses this large. Supporting incest AVN payments wouldn't even dent their scores since they could still easily report that they're not "Significantly Involved" in Adult Entertainment; they'd be a rounding error lost in the billions of normie transactions a day they process. Visa is much more susceptible to bad press (e.g., "Visa defends the rights of cartoon incest smut producers in court!") than to a slight change in an oblique investment score.

Yes.

Actually, no, but I think saying yes might make doubters go away quicker so we don't have to have this stupid discussion again.
It will never go away as long as people need to swim through multiple pages to get a definitive answer. Honestly, if every game just had links to any update posts that get copy/pasted here, most wouldn't feel the need to ask. And those that do can just be told to fucking read the initial post.
