Just go to the bank during noon or evening i dont remember myself but it between the two time you see a woman at top seat.

how to find the final boss?
if you see a counter hint say "nightime BAR man" if that happen just proceed to the minami ward and find a small house in there you will see underground stairs.

Seeing so many full save requests. So my advice if you can't find one is to make one. RPGM saves can be altered if you don't want to grind using a online save editor or one from our Tool section. That being said if someone would be so kind to grace the thread with a full save,@ me or report for update so it can be added to OP.

Go to the coffee shop during Noon. The man can be found on the far left table sitting alone.
