I've met Ruksana but I don't get to join in the fun with her tribe. Is there any quick quest I can do to raise affection with her first?

Do you mean the wagon scene with her uncle?
Well, redknight00 is creating the guide that includes affection rewards. Simplest way is to choose direct assault when discussing attack on the "bad" orc's fortress, or try to talk with her in your castle. If it's not enough - wait and compete her personal quests

First you have to accept her invitation to the tent when you first meet her, secondly I remember there was a meat that orcs like laying around somewhere in the first maps of the game, give her the meat then she will want your other meat *wink

The Rulwe quest teased by Twilia is not implemented as far as I can tell.
The cave quest is kind of tricky, you'll nee blood from the Ornesse Blood Temple, a flower from Novos, in the same area with the dwarf girl and the book from the warlock to complete the ritual. Thre's a sex scene involved and unlocks the Warlock class.

Ornesse is the only place I haven't visited from the main quest I'm currently doing..Thanks for the info lol so the fuckers had me investigating a ghost quest that doesn't even exist okay.

There's no such a thing because the gallery doesn't work as it should, a complete save would have a few scenes you can see and a huge amount you cannot. Unfortunately, the only option to see the scenes is play the game. You can use a save editor too, you can be used to trigger pretty much any scene from the beginning.
Here's the weekly update to the walkthrough, I put the side quests for Summeredge and Slinsk and the morality, corruption and affection for all quests in the guide. Next week it will probably be the Ornesse, Novos and Ly'ras side quests.

It says north of Northshire, but Ive been there and couldnt find her hut. I could only find that tree house with the horny soldier Nordwest, the warlock tower northeast and the shore.
I didn't cross the bridge to Slinks so far though. Hope you can help me.

where do you find the usirion heart? the log says go to a village near Ornesse but i cant find any npc that sells it. is there a sidequest i need complete first to unlock a area or something?

Go east and keep going until you find the village, ask the locals about the heart.

Just started playing this game and have some questions:
- Is there any way to completely remove the lag? It starts randomly and then returns to normal after a few minutes.
- Is there any way to make you character move faster or at least faster than the monsters? It is really annoying that every mob goes full Terminator towards you.

1. try the compressed version, it should be lighter, but there's little difference, the game on the heavy side.
2. no, try to move around the monster or use cheats+auto combat if they are bothering you too much
Where do I go to finish Ruksana's companion quest, with the staff, axe, and horse jizz? It's not in a log or in the guide, and I can't remember

Just go to the cave with the orc chief. It's in the deep woods where you met Ruksanas uncle.
