Is there a way to increase movement speed? Like cheat engine or some trainer?

Cheat engine's speedhack sometimes works on games like these without having to alter anything. If it doesn't, add the .exe to nvidia or AMD's control panels and disable v-sync. You can limit the FPS as well if you want, but some games it doesn't really go above the natural FPS cap. But disabling V-sync lets Cheat Engine's default speedhack work.

God, I can't believe I actually considered buying this game on Steam. Thank god my common sense prevailed. I'm giving em one more chance with that new "Witch buttfuck-whatever" game when the proper translation eventually comes out. And if they miss again, then I'll never touch anything from em ever again. Sorry not sorry.

Nothing wrong with a porn game wanting to be more than just a wank-fest - or more involved for that matter. You can just cheat if you truly hate almost any combat since these are always offline games. Learn to use Cheat Engine and even the 'bad' games are easily playable for the porn.
