Cheat engine's speedhack sometimes works on games like these without having to alter anything. If it doesn't, add the .exe to nvidia or AMD's control panels and disable v-sync. You can limit the FPS as well if you want, but some games it doesn't really go above the natural FPS cap. But disabling V-sync lets Cheat Engine's default speedhack work.
Nothing wrong with a porn game wanting to be more than just a wank-fest - or more involved for that matter. You can just cheat if you truly hate almost any combat since these are always offline games. Learn to use Cheat Engine and even the 'bad' games are easily playable for the porn.
Does anyone know how to get sex scenes with the other characters? i've been overwhelmed with them for mukuro, but haven't found a single one for the other ladies

I don't get people complaining about the gameplay if they have played other OneOne1's games. From Heiress/Dark Elf Historia until this game, they have had the same style. I enjoy it.
Yeah it's bizarre, people whining about OneOne1 games being OneOne1 games, doesn't make any sense. If you don't like how 111 operates, stop playing their games.

surprisingly the only issue I have with this game is its difficulty other than that I like every thing else is fine plus the cheat guide need to be fixed cause the new English version needs to be updated sadly

Damn I have a problem with MC girl.I cant get her to change her stats at all .All is on D no mater how many sex I did with her and monster groping.there were a lot of enounters and her ero status is still on D.
