There are quite easy riddles there. Just read the dialogues carefully.

The buildings are in what used to be the home neighborhood of Selena in the previous version. It is the mao with the bank and the supermarket where you had a couple of introductory quests. Go to the far southeast part of the map and you will see the buildings and Orange.
