A really good update, i will love to see more of Camilla (just hope that she won't become a true lesbian of the story and we will only see her doing stuff and don't do anything, i hate when the game is male protagonist and we keep seeing others than the mc having fun)...i just wonder if it will have anything or we will need a "patch" for it. Also could be nice to see anything with Cassie and Samantha, they look like they have been forgotten, not that i don't like the other girls, but i think that everyone deserve a little love.

LOL You guys really expect everything in very few updates. Serenity is a LONG way from completion, with a lot of characters. I can only get so many scenes into each update. With that said, YES... We will see Cassie and Samantha again. And scenes with girls "having fun" without the MC will be rare (a few images similar to 0.8 ending at most).

will 1.0 be the final version or do you just keep increment and expanding the story?

I will keep incrementing the version. Look at it this way: version 0.8 was "day 8". Version 0.9 is day 9. Version 1.2 will be day 12... and so on. Yes, I know this isn't normally the way versions work and I do things differently... But that was my intention, to do things differently.

Just a question, since Camilla will not be in the Harem we will have choices to avoid scenes with her and the other girls?.
Because sex that doesn't involve the mc is a big turn-off to me.

Are you talking about the 4 or 5 images at the end of this last update? That tiny scene was part of the plot; there is a reason it is there. Adding in a choice to skip that scene would have made some future conversations confusing - so no, I won't be adding choices to skip those. However, hopefully without spoiling things for others, there are no plans for any more of that.

I have no special interest in lesbian scenes, and I always skip them (if I can't through an option, I do it using the appropriate button) But I don't really care that they exist as long as there aren't many. The same thing happens to me with voyeur scenes, I never see them (and neither do peeping scenes and always that I can I avoid spycam scenes). I don't usually care that they exist, but I'm not going to see them, I skip them or avoid them in one way or another.

I accept that people have different tastes and choices, and I respect everyone for that. Fact: No matter what a dev chooses to put into his/her AVN, there will be people that don't prefer something in it. That is a fact. I learned the hard way (just look through the first few pages of this thread back when I started). I will NEVER change anything in any of my projects ever again, just to please one crowd over another. I'll write what I write and the cards will fall where they may. I expect some backlash for some content... it is what it is. No matter how I do this thing, one of you out there won't like it and I am cool with that. And those of you who like what I do should be cool with their decision not to like it. I love reading your various views and opinions, and even your wishes as to what you want to see in Serenity.

I am quite liking the game, the story is entertaining, I love the characters, both their appearance and their personalities, the idea has enormous potential and I think you are developing it quite well.

Maybe I'm not a fan of lesbian scenes, but it's more of a lack of interest in them than anything else. I don't see them, and I usually don't care too much that they exist (there are a few exceptions, but it has more to do with specific situations). The fact is that there are people who are turned on by watching lesbian scenes, while others dislike it. In my case neither one thing nor the other happens. I literally don't care that this scenes exists or not.

Of course she was to be the "bad guy" of the story, her and the mc being the yin yang, good and bad, etc. I don't believe that she will be the focus (at least in this game) of the story (maybe she will have her own book), maybe one lesbian scene now and then. But her future is really strange, i cannot wait for the 0.9 to see more about her, and what will happen with her, maybe the father will be back, and he will be the true evil.

And Mom (Karen), well, think back a bit to what she told MC near the beginning... that she "wrote herself into" the book to help him; but that her time would end eventually. It was also mentioned that he could possibly write her in permanently. But something has happened now that can change that... MC is King now and that has some other implications that he'll learn about soon.
In hindsight, I really wish I had thought a bit more before adding a "mom" and "sister" and then making them pretty enough that people would want scenes with them. That was a "noob" move on my part. It is what it is... And you're right, I don't want to fight with Patreon and I'm in too deep to go making patches and dealing with all that stuff. Anyway, I guess I figured I had enough other girls to interest the vast majority that it wouldn't be that big of a deal. But Cammie does have a part to play in Serenity for sure, so she isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

Well..for me that was not a "noob" part, the true is that you made them really well done that everyone like them (and find them beautiful and sexy), and since is a porn game, i see as normal that people see a nice character and want to have scenes with them. But i understand your "regret" in that point, of course, you could put a "tutor" that look like the mother, and for camilla some kind of "dark writer bloodline", but i will be honest, the game is really good even without them being a part of the harem, i will not lie and say that i'm not sad for this, because i really like both of them (the renders are amazing and the fetish for me is a turn on) but like i said, even if we don't have anything sexual with them, just having them as a "support" character is nice. And the only guy to blame is you, for making them so well done .

honestly, I’d rather skip scenes with his sister no matter how hot she is before reading landlady and roommate another time. While I get the solution it just feels so complete and utterly stupid...

I assume we can at least see some skimpy outfits and teasing?
