I like the demo so far. Nice models and story and no real engrish.
What caught my eye are some 'problems' with the naming options for the girls.
That you are able to give separate custom names for each individual in your house is great, but there being no general one and them being labeled as 'you are their' - while asking how they call you leads to some potentially strange conversations.
First I understood it like in what is my relation to them and what nickname do they have for me - that can be the same or overlap, but it is a little unclear and depending on the use of them later on it might sound wrong.
When talking to Karen about the salon, she called Jessie by her custom name the player is using for her. (No screenshot because I then renamed the girls, but Karen calling Jessie 'Sis' seemed a little weird.^^)
Also, Sara asks if you are what Lucie calls you - which also can sound funny. Would be more fitting if I would have been asked what I am to her instead of what she calls me (or both - I realize that would be a lot of variables to handle - but with already splitting them up by each girl, the door is already kind of open for that now):
