Noone knows. MBIML already has 7episodes Prologue and 2 Posy prologue updates but thats technically "2 Chapters". Sicae has 5. MBIML barely started so I am guessing more than 20?

You can opt to be in the route of some girls or not is up to you (based on your choices). The canon for Sicae in MBML is the harem ending.
There is a third game but it will come into development after finishing one of the 2 on going games.
Every game is on its own, you can enjoy them without any knowledge of others, but the characters will make cameos once in a while. But the overall story wont be affected with whether you have played the other game or not.

I never said anything about Emma because Emma is not a Femdom char, Yuna is one and as long as the scene is necessary to follow her route she should have died in her village with the others.
