This game... I can't make up my mind if it's actually good. It has some great parts, and some great characters and characterization, but then drops the ball in so many other aspects. I'm writing this when the MC is at the sports bar with the daughters, and -again- just agrees to whatever Becky's plan is. I'm sure whatever Becky has in mind will lead to the MC double guessing himself, then fucking her anyway, followed by some more double-guessing and some more dream sequences filled with self-doubt.

Maybe my issue is that the game is written for people who love big tits. Becky asked if I liked Madison's, I picked "no", then got accused of lying. Dev, if you don't like my answer, don't ask the question. This weird mix of kinetic story with player input feels wrong. It's not respecting my input or opinion, and by doing it this way, it makes the MC even weaker. Every time there is some agency through choices, it gets taken away. And some choices leading to a game-over... That's fine for a puzzle game or an actual Choose-Your-Own-Adventure, not a game that's kinetic in every other aspect.

Then there's Nessa. I turned her down the first time because I didn't know her, and the MC's life was complex enough already. Fucking a client, no thanks. The second time, Nessa just assumed that Frank was DTF, immediately going over her rules and preparing to undress. No thanks, again. Regardless, she still gets brought up in the context of Frank having been intimate with her.

Becky (I know she hates that name) started off great, but quickly evolved into the puppet master. In some ways, she's the MC of this game, she's the one making Frank's decisions for him. Lilly started off great as well, her inner conflict was so well crafted, but then it just disappears when she gets stuffed by Daddy. Never mind that she has 10 years of behavior to unlearn.
Abby... She's just annoying me at this point, though I can't blame her. I blame Frank for not putting his foot down, or just making a decision one way or the other. There are so many ways he could've subverted Abby's rules, if he had a spine. At this point in the game he's just lusting after her. She's perverting his view of her, and he's allowing her to. It reminds me a lot (maybe too much) about how Petal went about it in Lockheart's work. But at least there, Petal was honest and open about what she wanted, and she and Chester had actual conversations about it.

This vomit of frustration aside... I kinda like it? While I don't agree with certain choices, the story & character progression makes sense. There were a couple of very touching and emotional scenes, which is rare in this medium. And most of all, I'm still curious how it will all turn out. (My guess is they'll move to the vacation home to live in relative seclusion, and fuck happily ever after. Though I hope that the girls will have actual lives outside of being daughter & lover to Frank.)

You pretty much hit the nail on the head Quetzzz...though it's not Nessa you can fuck, it's her wife (Nessa is the therepist). Never found a game over screen though in all my time playing so can't comment on that.

But yes, Becca is the real MVP...frank(while much better) is still indecisive...I also can't stand Abi (in a major minority) and yes, the story has some frustraing parts but is strangely nice, wholesome and addictive enough to keep coming back to, though that might help for me as Becca in my top 5 LI's of all time hehe.

And, I'm guessing Frank won't even be the smallest bit angry with her that she asked him to lie to Abby about that? He says Abby is his world, and made Becky promise she wouldn't do anything to jeopardize it... But then she plans a fuck-excursion?

Ah, my bad. The skinny blonde one. I mean, she's cute, I wouldn't have had 2nd thoughts in other circumstances.

I found one, when I turned Lilly down the first time on the sofa. I didn't think it was right to progress at that point. The funny thing is, Becky later flames the MC for going against her rule, and the MC decides that Lilly first needs actual love rather than a stuffing. Pretty much my own reasoning, except I wasn't allowed to make that choice.

though that might help for me as Becca in my top 5 LI's of all time hehe (and this is my 5th most posted in thread).
It's hard to hate Becky, though I dislike how she acts as "bottom bitch" yet doesn't involve Frank in important decisions. Telling Mei about everything without checking with Frank first? Bad move. With how slow this story is progressing, there was no reason for it being so urgent. On the other hand, I like how straight-forward she is about her own wants and needs, it makes it easy to like her. Though all the "it's a secret, I promise you'll like it" are narrative failures, and I could do without. I think this game needs a crossover with The Headmaster, so I can show Becky what my preferred punishment looks like. She's earned it.

Karlsson's Gambit is next on my todo list. But given its main theme, I doubt I'll enjoy it. (unignored it based on your indirect recommendation)

What I mean is, Becky asks Frank to lie to Abby & Lilly about where he's going for 3 days. If it's like I think, a 3-day fuck-fest with Becky, then I think this is a very selfish move on her part. That Frank just agrees with it because "trust Becky", diminishes how important Abby really is to him. He doesn't even know the reason why he's lying, he's just doing it because Becky asks.
At the same time, lying to Abby could have consequences, but for some reason he just isn't concerned about that.

That's what I call a win-win :ROFLMAO:

It's a weekend with Lily.
Still, the same reasoning applies. Frank lies to Abby (his world, his everything), just because Becky asked. If Becky said "I want to arrange you and Lily being together for a few days, so you can reconnect", I think that would've been great. Helping Lily finding her new-self is important. Becky also told Abby that Lily would stay with her while Frank is gone. If Lily will be gone as well, I get the impression that Becky's 2nd plan is to isolate Abby a bit, maybe to improve her own relationship with her.

Honestly if it wasn't for Becca & Lily, I wouldn't even play this game.
It feels kinetic which is a genre I absolutely hate.

But I put up with it because those two babes are so awesome.
Hypothetically, what if it was a kinetic novel where the main LI would unavoidably blow a homeless dude in a back alley while on a date with the MC, give cum kisses to the MC and then go home with the MC to fuck him and tell him how turned on she was by blowing a homeless dude?

It would probably depend on if I treated the game as a serious AVN or just another porn game.

Either way though I probably still wouldn't play it.
I make sure to exclude the kinetic tag when I search for games.

Unfortunately, some games still slip through the cracks.
So, while it does sound like a sweet romantic scenario I would still be annoyed by the forced stuff.

Hypothetically, what if it was a sexless sci-fi parody of "On Golden Pond"?

Or, to put it another way - how is that relevant?

Because I was specifically asking Joshy how he felt about a super romantic scenario in response to his comment on this thread.
Or to put it another way - how is you asking me the relevance of my question relevant?

That one would also have the NTR tag (unavoidable, at that), just because of that scene, which would be enough for me to steer clear of it.

My apologies. As it was not explicitly addressed to a specific user that I could see, I read it as a general question. In the context you've specified, yes, it's relevant.
