I edited the game files as I went along to see pretty much all the content in one playthough. I'm in the same boat as not being sure it's worth it do it again.
Kaffekop, Sheila the lawyer still calls her bosses "powers to be" (whatever that mean), text still the same and MC is still Beavis & Butthead's son. I don't see any changes in "speech part", it's still good story with bad implementation. But now MC don't shower twice, that was fixed, thank you.

Hotfix update, the changes are in the changelog. But yeah, no new content in this one, this was just to do some fixes before the 0.7 update release.

From what I recall, if you want the harem, then you need to be on Jo's path for some reason, can't recall exactly why, but yeah.
