I play Bella's LOVE route over and over again and it never gets dull. It's not an animated game, there's no sound, but certain stories are good, but the best one belongs to Bella on her LOVE route; love, redemption, some revenge, three children in the epilogue, owning her own business...just great stuff.

You can get all the family and much more in one playthrough, I would suggest you to use the mod, it's simpler and you can play scenes that will be excluded without it.

When I bought this, BaD, Acting Lessons, CoBD and MotH on Steam about two years or so ago, I was so worried what people would think of me, but after a few days I didn't care, even had it as my featured game, a Jill avatar & Jill background.You can get every girl in the game.

these games were so far out of my comfort zone. I have a long-time girlfriend, and I wanted to watch any kind of porn there are infinite amount of things on the net for that. But honestly, this genre blew my head off with the emotions I feel over rendered images and colored pixels, especially Bella's LOVE route in this game.

Uhm maybe you have to do the Rachel's route until you can go to the island and then drop her, hoping to get them anyway, but it's just an hypothesis tbh.
I think it's either only Alina (marry her in US) or Rachel + Alina on Belugio. Without relationship with your sisters/mother there is no reason to go back to Belugio.
