He does plan but he doesn't do much to tell the community what is going on since a lot of it is spoilers. All we know is that next month he will get started on older characters.Thanks for the swift response and that sounds awesome

To preempt the common question (at least for a page or two, I hope):
New builds at the end of every other month.
To spell it out, there will be a release the last day of March, the last day of May, the last day of July, the last day of September, and so on, unless and until Sunset changes the schedule.

That's fantastic, sunset moved up the timeline. I wasn't expecting them before 2024.
But why have a poll a whole year out in advance? Shouldn't that be something for like...August or September? Then again given the pace of content recently maybe he needs a year for one costume lol

An year is overkill, but this sort of content takes time, he spent several months last year making change under the hood in preparation for the Prison event, the Halloween one will probably end up the same.
