Of course Andrea Beaumont later in the story became known as the Phantasm. She even appeared briefly in Batman Beyond as the person hired to kill both of Terry McGinnis's parents to duplicate Bruce Wayne's loss. Terry by the way was a genetic manipulated copy of Bruce Wayne.
