Is there much of a difference between compressed an uncompressed versions? If any what is it?

Mainly the quality of the images, most people will not notice the difference (IMHO).
Hmm was wondering what happened to the major increase in size of the file. The last version I had was 0.35 and that was just over 3 GB and that was the regular download at the time. Now the file size is over 8 GB for regular download.

The Compression will dramatically reduce the size. Obviously to get the 'full experience' a full download is the way to go, but at the same time a lot of folks have limited bandwidth and time, and compressed versions are very much appreciated! To each their own! (I typically go for the compressed versions, but will download the full version once it is completed/finished - it deserves that!)

Game is some 80 GB on dev computer ... who knows how many 100ds of GB in DAZ.
Those are raw fully baked resources any system would struggle to use unless they get packed in very tightly.
Will saves from a compressed version work for the full version? Plus how much more until it is finished?

Yes, they will both work equally well. And I believe that there is one episode left, but I could be wrong.

Yeah, the quote up there was for the "no-sex ending" that's fairly short really as it is more of hindsight than something planned as is.
But for the two "good" endings that were actually planned, there is quite a lot of stuff depending on your choices. Including the second scene with Gertrud for those who fancy that.

Yes, the saves are compatible between the compressed version and the uncompressed one. The only time when there might be problems is when you go from modded to the unmodded game. Then saves might not work properly.
Edit: And still don't care about making multiple separate posts in a row.

Subtitle: Getting there... eventually.
And past 700 renders, and at least 400 to go, although I suspect I will go over it in the end. And on the positive sides I've learned so much more about posing things while doing this, and lightning. And with that being said, another render to the pile...
On the TRS side onward with day 4. Three days in and probably 50 million questions raised from those days, and I have to say, I've missed writing Garrett and Chiel, a lot. Those two has this dynamic that almost no other character I have has.
But other than those, I've been doing some background stuff for TRS, banners and menu screens, and some other promotional stuff when ever I need bit of a break from writing. I'm considering making dynamic menu screen that changes as the story progresses this time around. Just need to sort out the screen code somehow that I don't need to add so many thing to the image. But one step at time...
Monday it was Chloe, and today it's Eva.
Also have a test screen, although, I kind of like it and that might be the first "main menu" screen you'll see.

This game is freaking amazing. Ok, it's fucking amazing. Can't even beat off to this game, the story is the shit, better than AAA titles. Seriously, this might be the Chrono Trigger of porn games. I got to hide all other games from my wife. But yesterday she asked me what I was playing, I told her: "Sorceror, so you can watch or do something else with your mouth." She told me to fuck off, but who gives a fuck, game is phenomenal. Going to go fuck up a fallen angel after work, so I really don't care lol
