Not with number of desks itself, I'm pretty sure it does depend on the intelligence of slaves staffing said desks

It will be faster if you have more, but as said, there is not much to research yet. My experience, build 1 or 2 of each research furniture, send only your best girls to them and wait for future updates with more reseachable things before you expand the lab any further.

Fetishes typically have an event that occasionally pops up, like exhibitionists get an event where you can fuck them in public view. Insanity is fixed by sending a girl to the people with the modified chrono chamber in a random event that will then trigger Entropy to ask for the "fixed" slave in exchange for an extremely powerful ship. The girls will come back as corrupted, which is what Entropy is looking for.

I know where were more options to f...
Is it a bug in the Linux-version of stationmaster 0.27???

it's been a while that i played this game. now i tried to play this game but i'm having trouble after placing the portal doing the guide. it doesnt continue and nothings popup about what to do next. i even tried with skipping the guide but it ends up the same way.. well i did pick the cheat option both times in the beginning. i dont know if thats the problem or not.

also note for myself buy a better pc. lol mine is more then 10 years old quadcore 2,4 ghz ram 4gig ddr2 and a gtx 750ti graphics card. so yeah time for a update but still it runs good for an oldtimer

Cheat just gives you a bunch of cash. But after you place your portals and build a bar and brothel there's not a lot to do put play the game. Build your stuff, research your new things and take care of business.

well that's the problem i can't do anything else. i can only build portals and thats it

TL;DR: click on the port you just built, then expand it a little, and then build a gate

There's only one major feature left to add (manual training). Before and after that, it's all bugfixes, and the reports you're giving here are invaluable for that.

You're all on a slightly older build, but 0.28a ("De-Cronenberging the Animation Engine" from a few weeks ago) and 0.28 ("I Cast You Out" hopefully this weekend) deal with almost everything mentioned on this page (including some major ones like the crazy distorted characters and sorting by stats on the slave list). Between those two, it's actually quicker to list the stuff I haven't fixed yet:
  • Bugged out tutorial (trying to get that done before this weekend)
  • PC graphics glitch on station view (That's a new one to me, but I think I know what's causing it)
  • Obedience serum on the RA (that's a new one for me, but it's not terribly surprising).
  • Memory leak (This has been an ongoing battle, but I'm making progress)
  • Rope Harness mostly invisible
  • Clothing clipping through character because of broken alpha masking (I had a breakthrough on this while working on exploding characters, and hope to have made progress by 0.29a)
  • Male bondage clothes are wonky
  • Rich quarters sleeping position misaligned
  • Eyes on male top in animations engine missing.
The truth is that I've been prioritizing features over bugs for quite a while, but the bugs that exist aren't all that difficult to fix. Now that I'm pretty much just doing repair, the list is getting shorter fast. As always, thanks for your patience and diligence in reporting issues.

I play on 0.27
Here is a list of bugs i found

In the economic report
-under slaves
Twice "Your Suite" with different numbers
EDIT : I made a mistake cause i coudn't build studio
But still 2 "Your Suite"
one says 51/1 & the other 21/1
But i have no idea why the two

Sometimes i click on a menu & i end on a slave or a citizen or a tourist & sometimes i can't click anymore so alt+f4

I changed master in the beginning of the game & after some (1?) saves & restart game it was master again

I can't place the artefact fountain of blood

EDIT 2 : After a research i could by more workers & stuffs (450->850)
After save/restart i was at 850/450
After a new research i could go to 1250
at this point it works

Same with porn studio research
After save/restart no more icon on the menu & i had to click on the studio to make it appearing again
EDIT 3 : Looks like it takes some time to appear but it works

The others have been reported before
