I'll point to a hundred games on this site and tell you otherwise. I've seen BoneCraft (a garbage game of yester-year) tick more boxes than this. And 100% of the porn was in the game itself in realtime.

FOW are still some of the best animators out there, along with Animo and Drills3d. I've yet to see a blender animation top the level of animation in something like Kunoichi 2/3, or Mila. And that same level of animation carries over into Subverse.

The only thing blender animations have over them is lighting, but they tend to be so slow/bare bones, due to Blender's notorious difficult of use, that they are unfappable.

Loops from guys like hydrafx, yeero, lvl3toaster, baronstrap and many others are better. Right now subverse have same length of 5-10sec loop as any other animation out there. But do they look better? in what way? They are not detailed, light is awful, liquids are awful, textures are mediocre, animation itself is not that good. Things that you expect from FOW - some kind of context of a scene - is absent.

If the porn is shit, the game needs to be outstandingly good by normal game standards. It fails that too. I've made a few posts about the gameplay. It will only be fun for a few hours. Even during this early release, the lack of depth, customization, and tactical aspects starts to become glaringly obvious as you start treasure hunting across the galaxy. What seemed kinda fun at first becomes monotonous. This is not an issue with the game being early access. It's a failure of the game design.

At least with shmup they can add some weapons/regimes/enemies. So they technically can improve. But not with porn, according to steam mods.

As far as the MC goes, remember this: Studio FOW are animators, not game designers. They do fixed scenes with fixed characters and that's it. So it should be no surprise that the MC is a fixed character stuck in a fixed plot with fixed dialog. Options & choices fall under the realm of game design, which is something that they had no experience with until now.

This is the reason why I love this community. Steam users rated this game at "very positive" 88% but in F95 it got two and a half stars at best. I think most Steam users don't know what hits them.

Here you have people who wanna jack off. On steam, you get an achievement for launching the game, and a considerable amount does not even get that, which is quite the difference.

There are some clear design issues. Why bother with all this when you essentially access the meat of the game in a gallery? To be frank, I did not have expectations about this game. What I just want this to shit on the day of snowflakes, twitter cunts and censorship loving morons cause fuck them any day of the week!

As far as a game parody, I feel like this is on the high-end of fair quality. Like Spaceballs variety of references that crosses multiple genres, stylistic nods to various bits and bobs. It doesn't take itself seriously, but who could.

There is no saving the current system unless you redo everything and I doubt they're willing to do that.

at least its in order. You have to play some scenes before the other. Not like now "hey i know we just met but do you want to fuck this monster on my bad". They didnt even put the work to have sex with the monsters in lab. Instead its happening in his bed and that is just weird.

Locate her ship with your main weapon (yellow sparks) then shoot it with a rocket. She will cloak again but you did way more dmg than shooting her with the main weapon.

hold no hope, they stated that Pandora is the only way porn will be in their game.

It's great, c'mon. Maybe not a total fappathon all the way through, but they've been very upfront about the nature of the game. A few things haven't made it in, but judged on the finished product, it's damned good. I'm looking forward to the rest!

The only thing im sure now - character design is very good. Fuck this mediocre game, i hope artists will make it into second overwatch-like pornopocalipsys.
