The bosses stay around and you can re-fight them if you go to their arenas, but iirc after you've finished the game you can go to the backyard to see the CGs.
I think uou reach that place by going left from the wizard cat shop,where there's a house and an orchard, and going up from that house.
Ah, this reminded me that I should edit my last post. The OP does have the official english patch pre-installed now, so you don't need to do anything besides launch the game and it'll be in english.
Thing is I've tried running the other EXE too but I just get this popup image of a slime girl with an exclamation mark and then it closes.
i believe you can disable it, or if you don't want to do that (understandable) you can just make a Safe Folder where nothing gets deleted by it, if you're on windows at the least. I think you need to go to Windows Defender --> Virus & Threat Protection --> Virus & Threat Protection Settings --> Scroll Down --> Exclusions and then create a safe folder and extract to it.
Yup, that's the one I've been trying to run. Every time I run it I get this, which I assume is an error popup. I AM trying it on a Mac using software that lets me use Windows EXEs (it worked for the English patch installer at least, minus the "Game EXE not found" error) but I also get this from my Windows PC as well.
Huh. Not really sure how to help with what you're experiencing there since my only experience is with Windows PCs. Sorry my guy.
