In all likelihood this probably true... but sometimes if there is a sidegirl that becomes a breakout character, it's not unheard of for her to get upgraded to full LI if the dev is willing to adjust her appearances in later chapters. Like Becca is pretty popular among the Ember girls and she's been teased since Ch1. So there's a possibility there. Not likely, but crazier things have happened.

If it's the one I think it is (based on about fifteen other people asking for help with it at various points) it's on the floor at the bridge/on the wooden boards of the bridge. If you search "bridge" in this thread, you'll find a screenshot showing exactly where.

Right at the top of the page on the right - use the magnifying glass

Using bridge and you will get this.

You need to set your search to most recent too.
Click your pfp (top right and choose 'preferences')
Scroll down to search options and select 'most recent'
Then click 'save' at the bottom of the page.
