Try moving the entire game folder (Summerv.2.02Bepin) into another place in your computer, like your desktop. It may be called Summerv2.01Bepin on your PC if you haven't patched the game yet.

Your unlikely to get better (unless it's edited) unofficial one than the auto translator MTL, as the DLSite page mentions a English version. Surgy did the proper fan translation for the base game but at the time there was no sign of any official one, and it's Unity.
