I don't get it, the file from uploadhaven just installs an empty file I dunno how to progress past that since it just says to double click the downloaded file from the manager.

Sounds dodgy, I would get it from a different host. You should only have to extract it, the game newly downloaded...

I usually avoid UploadHaven if possible, and trying to download this I got tired of waiting. But maybe make sure you have something like uBlock, or you might not get what your expecting from some file hosts.

The game, especially with DLC can just be kinda slow. For the X locale and time zone must match, or there's from Surgy. Not sure if it causes the X but there's also deleting the appdata folder.
