Pretty sure with the base game and DLC I used her before finishing the first run. Checking a save made just before the end she is unlocking the gallery, but the things from the DLC do need extra mode/new game plus.

The kimono has sandals, sundress is unfortunately anime only. A few days in to the holiday you should get to go out, to the town and day trips (for mostly sex). Not sure you need quicker progress it's very easy to max the two bars way before the end. The kimono is only for a special event though.
The gallery gives you a very basic hints, and you can eventually unlock all of it with a code. Look for posts from MoonCancer_BBB for the DLC things, don't think there's a all in one guide it's all scattered around.
It's on a drying rack in the bathroom, next to the basket with the underwear that unlocks nude.
There's a Android version of the Japanese game, but it is Japanese and comes with DRM. The cracking request. If you see the Unity prefix you need to hope for a official Android version, or be able to run a Windows emulator of some kind.

No? I've seen the words mod and apk, which seems to be just the Android version with the outfits unlocked.
Sounds dodgy, I would get it from a different host. You should only have to extract it, the game newly downloaded...
