There's a skill you can buy as well to lock how strong you go at her, controlling your stamina loss. There's no way to ever not lose stamina. You can buy items to replenish it- Same deal with ending the scene, just click your avatar to use the item. Lust will just shoot out your load into her and add more points to her bar.

How do you get the girls naked in the bed like Rio is in the preview images? I've unlocked everything but that somehow.

can someone post a complete save of the picture diary? Only the event with the highest memory of the day is recorded and it will take too long to do each seperately.

I tried this, and it didn't work. I did get a message, but unfortunately i skipped it while farming near the shrine. Was it really that important ? What was it for, was it asking you if you wanted to unlock all the content ? Because i'm at day 29, and i've checked the living room and kept doing offerings to the shrine but there's nothing.

The button isn't in the main game's living room. The button shows up in the gallery's living room.
