In that game is open incest, sex with animals, rape of minors, some serious violations against copyrights, and some stuff more. That dude is allowed on that platform after nearly four weeks of review and had nothing to change but the name and the header. So, I've to say Patreon is a "little bit" inconsistent and mendacious in their behavior towards the artists on their platform.

The version I published on Itch, Patreon and Subscribe Star were the same, based around a "soon to be adopted" situation.
I cannot deny that I played with fire as Jack and Eve were addressing each other as brother and sister, just as pseudo-adopted siblings would. However, that was complying even with the latest version of their tos. As there was no blood nor legal relationship between them. And they didn't like that when I pointed it out as they stopped answering my emails.

And yes, their decisions are abitrary.

They stopped answering means theres no chance anymore to get the page back?

Quite a few of patreon sites of avns i like got temporarily removed but they usually manage to get the site restored.

Despite what they told me in their first email, appealing was never an option. They didn't want to hear my arguments, never asked for edits or modifications, and when I pointed out that I was, in fact, in line with their tos, they stopped replying. I think it's clear. They are not interested in equity. Their decisions are arbitrary, and in my case irrevocable.

Playing different paths will give you different parts of the characters' stories.
A lot of things make more sense once you know more about the characters.

There is no non con content in Summer Scent.
And again, funny thing is, there wasn't even any incest content in the game I published on my patreon page.
They didn't give a fuck about it anyway.

Actually, it is not. I don't show it, it's not glorified, and it's not treated as a positive thing. It's a part of the story, not an act the player can commit. If anything, it shows how horrible rape is and the consequences of it.
You are not supposed to like it. And it's not meant to be enjoyable. Rape is a horrendous, despicable and heinous crime. I made it very clear.
And it's well within the scope of both Patreon and Steam tos.

Again, Patreon removed me for incest content. Nothing else. Aside from their petty pride, of course.

You can play all you want with incest being "unofficial" and all that stuff, but at the end of the day we all know the truth about it, and patreon just wants to get rid of that type of content. It IS arbitrary in a way. Or said otherwise, it depends on the human in charge's discretion. There are rules but sometimes the person in charge of the case can act differently. It's like hotlines, sometimes you get someone who can resolve your issue quickly, sometimes they're incompetent. Or how referees in football or whatever can make different decisions based on a similar event/foul

I have read these terms carefully. Actually, these are the updated terms that came out last week, AFTER my page was removed. And I used them to build my arguments for my appeal, which the Patreon guy decided to ignore by literally ignoring me.

Again, Cassie's rape isn't shown, it doesn't happen, it's told. And it's not glorified.
I do believe that intent is important. And in these two lines of text, the intent is definitely not to get your peepee hard.

Obviously, everything is subject to interpretation and someone could indeed see things the way you do. I just don't believe it would.
I might completely be false. But that is my opinion. that is all.

If it were their decision that they wanted to get rid of pornography, etc, I'd be less incensed about how stupid it is, but it wasn't Patreon that started this whole fiasco. It was the payment processors, just like what's going on with Gumroad now. You've basically got Mastercard and Visa telling sites that if they don't adhere to their arbitrary decisions, often regarding completely fictitious content, they won't allow them to use their services.

I'm a bit late.

Everything has been post-processed, and all images have been integrated. However, I still have a few things I need to work on and I couldn't work on the music either. I hoped to have a working build today and have the beta running this weekend, but that ship has sailed.

I think I need at least one more day to work on code stuff and a couple of pseudo animations. There are some things I want to try with impact frames. I'm not sure if it will work in the context of an extremely short dynamic but I really want to try it. It could be great.

There is also some special stuff I want to add to the achievements. Something special as a reward for some of the achievements you will be able to unlock in this update, but maybe I'll postpone it to a later patch, in a few weeks.

The quick sum up :

• Day 6 Part 4 will contain 2 new scenes: scenes 26 and 27.
• Day 6 Part 4 will contain 2 reworked scenes from Day 2, Scenes 1 and 10.
• Day 2, Scene 1 and 10 have been rewritten, posed and rendered.
• Day 6, Scene 26 and 27 have been written, posed and rendered.
• 9549 words of reworked content, and 12723 words of new content so far.
• 6935 lines of code so far.
• 698 shots are planned, 698 are posed, and 698 are rendered, 698 are post-processed.
• I'm working on coding stuff.

Subscribe Star is the only way to support me at the moment. I know it's far from perfect but I don't have any other options.
Gamejolt actually banned adult games years ago.
Maybe I could set up an empty page on Ko fi, or something like that, but I wouldn't have any way to distribute the content.

I don't think I can rally my support back. I had about 250 supporters in total. Most of them are not on my discord and I have no way to tell them about the situation. Maybe they will find me on their own, maybe not but I think it's unlikely. So it's more about starting from scratch again and focusing on the steam release as a solution.
