Does this mean bella can do things too/ jeliousy/drama or does this mean harem for mc but no benefits for bella so like male only fantasy??and bella gets the short stick which is not really a open relationship unless you watch too much redpill prodcast

Short answer nobody knows, beyond Ocean of course. So far no male character had show interest in Bella or her in another male, quite the opposite actually and SG will not features NTR. I don't expect Bella to go chasing dick. As far as consequence goes, I don't see a reason why should have any. I don't think Bella will be happy if you start chasing every skirt in town, but she can hardly be upset as it was her suggestion. I think it may force her to seek a defination to their relationship early on if you demostrate interest in another girl, Kate maybe. That said Ocean said that there is a MMF throuple so who knows ?
Can you date multiple girls at once without consequences on this game? Or there will be a point where you need to choose only one?

Ocean has plans for some throuples. There is no harem. If you chase the skirts, the LI are likely to abandon you. The trouples (when and if they happen) are planned to b hard to keep going, jealousy and neglect will have negative consequences if you don't spend the right times with each. THere is also a planned MMF throuple, I don't know how that works either.
You can be interested in multiple LI, but they notice. Nami gets angsty when you show affection to other LI if you're on her path, but she doesn't otherwise. If you've kissed Bella, Mila gets more proactive.
It's hard to know until we see some of the next season, where the paths will start seriously. Currently everyone is testing the waters so to speak.

You can be in multiple paths so far but at one point will have to choose one, at least this is my take on it, I don't know how Ocean will implement it. Like BaD where once the story reaches a point you have to make a choice of if is how the relationships evolves will be locked in a path and closed to others, is to early to say, but it has no harem.

We don't know who the throuples are. We know Ocean has said Mila won't be in any throuple, as we can see from the way she reacts to the group make out sesh. It could be Nia that is the F to the MM, it could be Nadia. It could be Vanessa's dom route, and Nika ends up in her harem...
We simply don't know.
The trouples have to start with some form of open relationship, I can imagine three people simultaneously saying let's play twister, oh look, now we're all serious! Play the current season saying yes to all the girls and see how they start questioning you about each other and rumours.

In Bella's specific case this discussion is kinda moot anyway imo, Ayua and Nadia were both completly dumbfounded when Nami told them that Nika and Bella kissed which strongly implies that Bella isnt someone who's looking for affetction from guys a lot.
But despite Bella's "open relationship" suggestion - which imo is just there because its a AVN and we have to get the possibilty to learn more about the other LI's first - i doubt it will be like most AVN's where its possible to fuck around without consquences.
These choices (going along with the 4-way kissing, going on a date with Vic, Mila and so on) will add on and at some point the LI's wont accept it, thats at least the impression i got from the avn so far.
We know one throuple, which is my two favs Nami and Bella.
Also Victoria will be the most flexible have multiple options I am pretty sure he mentioned.

The throuples are specific, not just the mixture you want, because Ocean would rather craft the drama than have a mixnmatch ...that would feel generic, and the game is big enough without Ocean rending unique scenes for ever combination of (currently 13?)
