In this case many things can end up BS. It may well turn out that the cameras weren't turned off at all and Holgerson knows exactly who he's talking to in the restaurant. The guy probably has millions in his bank account and keeps the cameras for show because he's too lazy to make a phone call to techies.
All that's left is for a card with Nika invitation to the gala to magically appear. He's probably has his own agenda in all this. Which one? We'll probably have to wait and see.

I assume you've played the whole first season? I'll use spoilers after the first one, in case you haven't. Stephanie Marla hit's Vic. Maja thinks someone tried to kill Vic at first, but it's a clear accident. In chapter 4.5 at the sleepover at VIc's we find out Melanie Ceril threatened Vic in a way that was life threatening, so Maja has been worried about that. Also knowing that Melanie's sister is the police officer in Ch5, we get the picture that Melanie's sister will probably pull strings to get Melanie off the hook if anything did happen. Currently it's more a case of Maja's paranoia than anyone actually trying to kill her. Marla wasn't, it was an accident.

You are right. Emilio is certainly not involved in the incident. When Bella and Nika leave the hairdresser's, Emilio looks after them and says something to his assistant like - I'm glad Bella is still alive, she reminds me of someone. This someone whom Bella reminds Emilio of is our killer.
