There's been a barrage of greeting faced cunts that had their poor feelings hurt and can't take the seemingly emotional hell that a game put them through. The sense of entitlement on this forum is off the charts, many think they have the right to force a developer to make the game that they want rather than the game a developer wants to make. she ain't villain, she just has her own plans for mc. real villain is that other hotel's owner.

I replayed the update with the new adjustments. I think they fixed the tone issue, mostly, on the Vicky Sis scene. I was never bothered by it happening, but rather by the fact that Vicky was way more possessive of MC than any previous interaction with her had led us to believe, despite her acknowledging that MC was given a free pass by his GF. The Twins route is still way messier than it needed to be, but I am fine with it except it really should have had a third choice between MC fully on board or fully off, but I understand that would make more work and more coding for little payoff.

What the Dot's team should have done is made the initial choice of open relationship or end it with MC's girlfriend, the demarcation line. If you choose to end it, you get the most vanilla route, where nobody ever has sex anywhere or any time without MC. Basically, all the "no NTR" folks could have their safe space where the only sex is with MC and nobody ever has a sexual thought unless they are in his presence. On that route, Sis and Vic are friends. The twins run a party business. There are no plot twists, just vanilla story. If you choose to have the open relationship (something the no NTR brigade would never, ever choose) you can introduce the sis/Vic relationship and any of the other plot twists. I think it would have cut down on the whining some, at least, though some would probably complain about a route for existing, even if they were not playing it.

I mean I enjoy ntr but it's normal for fans of this to get upset when seeing something like that scene (it's not ntr but still) I mean this game is mostly vanilla and suddenly seeing something like that for its fans must be a deal off

The biggest problem was, that the scene with sis and Vic came without foreshadowing. It was out of nowhere and completly out of character. Then after the sex between them, Vic even admits, she wants a relationship with sis, all while COMPLETLY IGNORING the fact, that sis told her earlier, that she has fallen for her brother. And the reaction of sis where also COMPLETLY out of character, again. Nothing that new on that front, she acted irrational since Nicole asked her (not?) to tell MC about the D'Amico offer (not sure what it was anymore). I mean, in one scene she is all lovey-dovey and acts as mature as you would expect it and in the next scene she plots alone or with others how she can keep MC and the hotel and lies to everyone without any good reason. But still it was a complete bullshit situation, that shall lead to a throuple according to MrDots and his team. Worst way to go into that direction in a vanilla/romance game. Only natural that vanilla fans would call the dev out. The new option doesn't make the whole setup any better, because now you choose for sis, if she wants to sleep with Vic or not, but by declining, the relationship between Vic and MC automatically ends. Wait, what? Why? What is the (game) logic behind this? It's complete BS. The story was never that good, but at least enjoyable, but the last update felt like 3 different writers tried to throw a bunch of stuff into it. It went downhill before, but that last update was the worst till now.

I remember that there was a lively discussion back then.
But iirc, that was less about ntr, but that a lot of people were waiting to finally break up with her, also seemed the natural thing of how things would go, she also wasn't well liked back then. Aslo many thought that open relationship would mean open for both, which wasn't planed.
And a lot of dislike of how the scene played out, her wanting a break/open relationship over video call, not telling the other if they would spend with someone else, the MC just accepting it etc...but i could misremembering it, has been a while.
