You talking about Daisy, right? She only appears when you have monsters on the team. If you're still struggling to beat her, tension reduction is pretty effective. She has no way to raise it back up, so it's just a permanent debuff for the rest of the battle.

For the tournament, Poimi Nuraimu is really useful.

And I 100% agree that the town development is way too slow. Didn't get it to level 2 until like, chapter 5.

Just fought the monster "Moving Corpse" and then looked at its entry in the encyclopedia.
The description text is not translated:

Monster descriptions are tied to CDataBase, which only loads once at the start of a new playthrough. Those were fixed a while ago, but unfortunately, only new saves that were made after that update will see them.

I might be able to manually polish them once I unlock NG+, depending on if CDataBase reloads when you start it. For now, though, the Bestiary is gonna be a little jank.

EDIT: The Medal-trading sailors at Grimklin's port were also tied to CDataBase. Don't know WHY, but they are...

Just updated my game and now I can't see my characters or open menus on overworld.
Anybody else having this issue?

EDIT: It happened near Woodworking Village. I managed to reach to a warp gate and it got fixed.

Take a picture of the error/glitch if it happens again, I'm not seeing anything weird in my save.

the healing slime and 2 knights riding purple slimes at level 10 (15 for second part) are all you need for story progression

Daisy... has a nice accessory to loot lmao but yea killing her can be trouble if you see her earlier. i leveled my monsters in the carriage so i didnt have to deal with that crap till later where i steamrolled her

What item do you need for Raviels brothel scene to work? Owner says they need an item of theirs for insurance, not sure what it would be though

Just to be sure.
I started playing the game 3-5 days ago.
At that time it should have loaded the CDataBase, right?
So is "a while ago" within those 3-5 days?
If not, then the monster entry might still be in Japanese in the database.

Thanks for the tip, I overlooked the carriage thing and was focused on repairing the mirror and prepping for the tournament. The devs should've put a little more emphasis on getting the carriage ASAP, it really does make grinding for levels way way easier.

Hmmm, no. They were fixed like 2 weeks ago. Could you DM me your save?

Also, the patch is necessary BEFORE starting a playthrough, not after you start seeing problems. Not sure when you did it, but that's a very big factor for the monster encyclopedia.
