The arena fights are actually pretty fun, if only because the monsters all have niches that can be exploitative in the right team comp. I beat the second tournament using [invisible guy], [cat], and [floating radish]. I only won because the last two monsters standing were the invisible guy and the champion's robot; the robot didn't have any AoE moves so it was physically incapable of hitting the invisible guy, and I could take my time whacking it to death. The radish is also a MVP because it has the great combo of constantly regenerating mana and a heal spell, so it can effortlessly keep your team topped up through a series of encounters. The cat can spam AoE sleep debuffs, which is useful but not really overpowered.

i think its a bug but you can hold down i think C? and use up/down arrow key to force a second item into the sale slot before your first town upgrade. (will mean you get no extra slots after first upgrade tho)

does anyone know how to trigger the security decline events?
I heard you need to beat the main story's final boss before the chaos can decrease low enough for that to happen. Once you're in post-game, it's just a matter of doing enough battles that your reputation decreases to the minimum, and then going to your town.

Is it really possible to defeat the final enemy? Any tips?
1. get those crappy fast moving boots that force you into battle more often. spam the path to the vatican in the caves and farm till everyone level 40 (kill the silver slimes) deborah is best exp ho.

2. deck all your fighters out with dark and light resistant armors, its fine even if the def stat is complete trash.

3. prepare healing items and party wide cure sleep/paralyze item i think it was angels bells?

4. use google translate for the jp wiki to see where you can get all the items you need if you dont know how/where to get them. The items are listed under final chapter walkthrough section for the boss strat at the very end of the page.

Even with such a totally rubbish party you would have a solid chance.

Boss 1: What i did was to use charge on everyone for first fight, use MC item heals (second best healing item and dont use any aoe heal pebbles) as support spells and maybe even skills will make the boss freeze you and kick your characters out of charge.

Rotate the attacks on the boss till he dies. (1-2 high charge smacks and he will swap forms so the others will get their turn to smack)

Boss 2: you are only allowed to have a 50% charge before you spray on the boss. Normally you will have to let go at 20% charge because the boss has a skill that reverses all your charge tension (100% becomes negative 100%)

Use your best mc heal items, angel bells and stuff here. Healing yourself is fine. I managed to pass with someone without aoe heals and only 2 proper damage dealers out of my 4 characters.

it will come eventually if you dont donate to the church and keep playing... in fact i think its too expensive to bribe them after finishing the game. 500k only gives me half of the reputation bar ptui.

Where do you spend monster medals?
they are for trading for monsters you managed to catch in the past and can be exchanged at the monster arena. Basically dont bother with this until after you clear the game. chances are you dont even have a need for monster combining alchemy until much later if you even bother to keep playing after you're officially done

You can go to 3 towers after getting the key. The one you probably missed is in Orbel. You need to go inside the castle and then exit from the bottom-right.

Got sick, thus the table delay. Updated to 0.7.

Eventually I'll put together a list of things that are in the table, but (Full table only) you can mess with skills for everybody, and mess around with adding/subtracting skills and traits on the skill map screen. Make your life easy and put all your field spells on your favorite character! (Editing Monster traits are in the works)

Rio for MVP.png

Also, all Ingredients (and Items) are added to the table, and you can add items to the Item Box now as well (Only a few items can be made infinite, it's not worth adding in the ability to apply that to other items because those changes reset on loading.)
