I think it's more of a separation in regeneration powers between energy monster types, and body manipulation monsters. Latter examples are easy, it's MC, Ella, and that first party slaughter guy, Kenny? Former are basically entire Aldain's trio, even Oscar with his OP redlight powers. They all can't fast heal injuries during combat, but longterm regeneration for anything non-vital should be no problem. Remember fairy monster?

I got a question, through out my playthrough I keep getting the party dead end either by killing kenny or fighting the hoard is their anyway to get past this?

he is already without a danger but with? If he manages to stay sane, then no matter which power he gets, he will be easy on the same level as MC before evolution and even now he stil will be a solid oponnent.
When one looks at his training regime, he could be in reach of evolution within maybe 2-3weeks after getting his power.
Anyway evenwithout power he could beat Jake easy.

I think you're seriously underestimating just how lethal the MC's arsenal can be. If the venom he imbues some tentacles with works like it does normally in venomous jellyfish, he could literally just have the tentacle make contact with a human's skin and they would immediately be in excruciating pain and be dead within minutes. Even against superhumans it's effective, the pain from the venom was able to debilitate Ella to a point where she could hardly do anything.

yeah, I was wondering about venom during the Aldain boss fight. Why not grow some venom barbs on your gorilla knuckles? But mc later internalizes that venom tentacles are hardest to make out of his arsenal, so fusing new forms is not something you can do on the fly during hard fight. But with evolution and practice, MC can create some seriously powerful battle forms, like greatest animal traits on various body parts, like implementing actual human-sized mantis shrimp punch.

Did this little thingy look like some dogfight specialist for you? Its a small target with wings to evade in every direction and to quickly put distance between itself and its target. We saw its pure energy attacks and defensive powers, but no physical strength at all. So its regeneration must be even more limited than danis or pinkys. It was enough to come back to life in the same way alice did with its power, but it was in stasis in that strange container and couldnt do anything until it got released. But it hints some weakness in every mutation or evolution level, ours is electricity, at least it was electricity in the former evolution, maybe it needs just higher voltage to harm us again, but the tasers that disabled us before were uselsess after our evolution...either this or i dont want to face the beast that captured the fairy in the first place...
Bad idea. He will turn in a brainless monster. The mutation has an emotional component. Kennys mutation was unstable because of his emotional state, all he could think about was revenge because he was a loser at home, more or less a slave to jared, had a crush on jess and was really pissed because of you...so hes gone crazy and slaughtered everyone while creating loyal followers for himself.
Now think about michael...okay, he seems calm at the outside and his love to fight and train may looke like a fast way to evolve...but remember the fight with oscar...if he takes the pill he will never stop searching powerful opponents and all the little goons he killed with passion wont satisfy him anymore. His obsession with strength cant control the mutation, but the mutation can overwhelm his brain because of it, he knows you have power, he will turn against you, he knows alice has power, he will turn against her, everything just to fight powerful opponents. Oscars thoughts during the battle hinted he was like him before, but he lost his family during the monsters attack and killed it, this shock, or lets say the feeling of being empty after losing everything dear to him almost wiped out his whole memories while he transformed and i think that was the only reason he didnt get out of control like kenny.

I mean, prize container was supposed to hold dead monster remains , but here fairy pops out with just some parts of limbs missing and owns superpowered human like it's nothing. Monsters definitely aren't as dependent on the body as humans, I'm guessing as long some kind of core is intact(which might be in whole other place or dimension from the body), they will revive with time and restore any physical harm to the body/vessel. Even more so for the body morph types. Obviously, this effect is much weaker in infected humans, I'm guessing brain and maybe heart will count as vital, kinda like vampires, but everything else is fair go. And humans with energy types would need some kind of life support if they sustain certain amount of injuries, like those liquid stasis tubes or something, otherwise regeneration would be slower than remaining tissues dying off.
Electricity effect on mc was a bit weird, though. It looked more like a catalyst for monster part in some scenes than anything else, with explosive tissue expansion. Going for weakness on progenitor monsters could backfire hard.
I agree about Michael getting powers could go horribly wrong, but that's what friends are for - to keep you sane. He is already crazy adrenaline combat junkie, and the way he's going, he will either break mentally anyway or die while going up the ladder of monster opponents. If he tries to get power, he will already see the "end-tier" content to aim for, no reason to go crazy and lash out at people nearby. From then on , it's just a matter of control and discipline, and that's something martial artists have in spades.
You can worry about Michael when he finally kills strongest monster, but I doubt that will happen any time soon

Because the gorilla arms got their outer layers ablated by the pink disintegration energy which would destroy the venom, and that venom is extremely expensive in stamina and concentration to create.
Instead he first weakened the shield a lot and then when it was vulnerable used multiple tentacles to break through and finally connect with the body.

I think its safe to say neither. They seem like a chaotic element with their own intentions. They entrust Alice to the MC but don't really seem to care about the situation more than being willing to defend themselves if provoked.
