Dude the dev is physically and mentally wrecked. He has a lot of anxiety and disorders followed by the painful surgery he had to get ( he was literally posting images of his swollen dick before and after surgery on discord) and is suffering from another physical problem now. So don't expect much and just move on maybe someday a miracle would happen and you will find it on the latest updates but ain't coming soon.
Plus, he's a liar, scammer etc. Everyone who bought this crap game should get a refund.
More then likely the dev was looking at random medical terms, and looking at swollen dicks online and downloaded a bunch on his pc to use as an excuse.

They posted some stuff again on twitter about random shit with nothing to do with the game but AGAIN deleted their entire twitter post history even their likes. In all honesty the dev needs to pack it up and just close everything down as they're clearly not up to the task of being a game dev in any capacity anymore.

You'd think the best solution would be to...ya know... actually post updates every other week on patreon/twitter/discord showing screenshots that the game is being actively worked on and it would have to be a substantial update post after this long. I guess that makes too much sense though.
Think their sub number got so low it puts the number of people simply following them at the front page now or something, but it's more likely they did that themselves. They still only have 133 weirdos giving them money.
