Their Patreon would be the best place for that, I guess. Unfortunately it's mostly about their main project, Bad Memories, so we're left with a few scraps here and there.

It's using a newer python version, has several features that don't exist renpy 7, and overall it's the future (renpy 7 will be discontinued some time this year, and I don't want to be stuck on a old version when the game isn't even finished yet).
+100 for an actually good reason for an engine change / delay in updates.

Nice little VN, hoping it keeps going. (*cough* please more orc / goblin content *cough*)

Hyped as well! Upset we'll have to start from scratch as old saves won't work...but nothing we can do about that, so guess we'll all be enjoying the game a second time! :)
In my case, I'm gonna have to anyways. I accidentally deleted my game folder lol.

A little heads-up, next version/update will be using renpy 8, and I'll also redo some essential code.
This means old saves will most likely (definitely) not work anymore.
I've played from the beginning several times to change some choices I've made, and it only takes about 10-15 minutes with holding down CTRL or Tab. So, no big deal. Hopefully you'll find that the new version makes things a little easier.

Switching to Python 3, which was released in 2008 (15 years ago!) is totally worth it since it has a lot of advantages. I know you said you aren't a coder, so maybe you won't need or use most of the updated features, but even pragmatically, if you ever need any code help from searching the web, you will have a much easier time finding examples and code snippets with Python 3 than Python 2. Plus Python 3 has f strings, which make things so much easier to program and debug. Plus, integer math works logically. 1/2 no longer equals 1 (in Python 2), and now equals 0.5 (Python 3).

Yes, I'm not a coder, but especially with this game I always "play" with the code, try some new things, experiment, so yeah, it will definitely come in handy :geek:
